Residential complex recently built boasts a great location in the hearth of Chianti region with plenty of activities to experience and yet very close to the town of Gaiole with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Luxurious resort "Borgo di Gaiole", terraced. 40 apartments in the property. 500 m from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, in the residential district, area with little traffic. For shared use: swimming pool secured (27 x 9 m, 15.04.-30.09.). Outdoor shower. In the house: fitness room, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bakery 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre.
