Come in and enjoy our little slice of paradise. Our beautiful 3 bedroom home is equipped to meet all your needs, and even those you didn't know you were searching for. This home was very thoughtfully designed, with top quality materials. Some furniture pieces (such as the dining table, sideboard and blanket chest) are custom one-of-a-kind pieces. There is a lot of labor and love put into this home, and we hope those who enjoy our paradise will both appreciate it and take good care of it. RNTL-035821-2025 **ATTENTION** There is a CONSTRUCTION going on right next to the house. Please expect construction activity and noise during your stay. Please contact us if you have any questions. **THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME** This home is located in a family neighborhood and is only suitable for responsible, professional or family centric groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home. We have a maximum guest count of 7 including infants & children per City of Encinitas code. WELCOME TO ENCINITAS! Known for being the heart of the home, the kitchen offers top quality appliances and is fully equipped for a delicious homemade meal for the family. Enjoy a meal seated at our custom built one-of-a-kind dining table. Open the patio doors and enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living with a breath of fresh air. Dreams become reality when you wake up in the beautiful Master Bedroom. With private access to the outside, enjoy your morning cup of Joe with views to the front yard. Relax in the library, equipped with a dedicated workspace suited for work from home professionals. We are just a few miles away from everything you want in San Diego: *Right next to Encinitas Ranch Golf Course *Moonlight Beach is just a 5 min drive *1 mile to Beacon Beach *Legoland is 20 min away *San Diego Botanic Garden is a 4 min drive *Not to mention the many restaurants, cafes, and bars available. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible. Encinitas is a classic southern California beach town that boasts a moderate climate, breathtaking views, five miles of Pacific coastline, a 900-acre ecological reserve, world-class surfing and caring residents who take pride in their community. Locals and tourists alike enjoy this charming, beautiful, friendly beach town with quaint shops, delicious cuisine, an arts community, yoga studios, ocean sports, parks, a walkable downtown area complete with a linear organic community park and plenty of biking opportunities. Encinitas thrives year-round and it's not unusual to find people sunbathing on the beach in January. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. HOME TRUTHS: A neighbor has a HAM (Amateur) radio antenna that can sometimes create slight noise when operating. The Hot Tub temperature control requires a few seconds "Rest" between pressing the button for temperature increase vs. decrease. **ATTENTION** There is a roof/upstairs deck that is NOT available for guests per City requirement. TRASH: Trash pick-up day is Monday. Trash and refuse shall not be left or stored within public view except at a location that is designated for collection from sunset on the day prior to trash pick-up until up to midnight on the day designated for trash pick-up. Trash containers may not be left out any other time. ROOFTOP: No Roof Access. Due to neighborhood privacy concerns and potential risk of bodily harm, accidental death or injury and other safety concerns, standing, sitting, sleeping, lying, walking or running on the roof of a short-term rental is prohibited. NOISE: Loud and Raucous Noise Prohibited. It is not allowed transmission of any loud or raucous noise, from any sound-making equipment or sound amplifying device to occur or be maintained at a short-term rental. A raucous noise may include but is not limited to, the following: yelling, screaming, shouting, or making other disturbing noises which unreasonably interferes with the peace and quiet of the nearby residents or members of the public. Loud and Unruly Gatherings Prohibited. A loud and unruly gathering shall include, but is not limited to, the following: the number of occupants and/or guests at the short-term rental exceeds the number permitted on the short-term rental permit; the activities of the occupants and/or guests create raucous noise and/or unreasonably loud amplified music that may be heard by nearby residents or members of the public; and/or occupants and/or guests engage in or create disorderly conduct in a manner that disturbs the public peace. **ATTENTION** There is a roof/upstairs deck that is NOT available for guests per City requirement. By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined on Air Concierge's website as well as those denoted below.RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  Definitions:  "My People".
