All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses, smart TVs, and storage! There is a separate dining room for eating, as well as comfortable backed stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items that you'll need for cooking and entertaining. The large open-concept living room features a couch, loveseat, and armchair with a large-screen smart TV. There is a separate coffee bar, ice maker, and full-size washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have a shower-tub combo, along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryer, along with other bathroom amenities. In addition to the inside, the large outdoor porch is screened in with a large sectional, fireplace, gas grill, and large-screen tv. And if you need some peace and quiet from all the fun going on out back, you can always relax on the front porch which has 2 chairs and an end table. The neighborhood also features a communal pool, boat launch, boat docks (first come, first served), trailer storage, and a fitness center. The house has fiber internet, so you don't have to worry about internet outages, along with key-less entry so no need to worry about bringing a key when you're out enjoying yourself at the lake! We also have fun toys for your little ones to enjoy while visiting, as well as rafts and water toys for the pool/lake. *Please note, there are a few natural stone steps that lead up to the front porch for those who have accessibility issues.
