A few months ago, the 10 th 2024, I booked a stay for me and my family, my husband and my 15 year old daughter, at this hotel from 15th to 27 th of August. On August 1st my daughter was hospitalized for acute appendicitis and the doctors advised us against flying and going to sea for a few months. I called the property to find out if it was possible to get a refund and the reservations manager told me that I could get a refund if they managed to replace our reservation. A few days ago I informed them that I wanted to reconfirm the apartment,I worked hard to find a replacement, but they replied that the apartment was no longer available and that I was not entitled to a refund. I think they are dishonest, they don't keep their word and take profit from the misfortunes of others.
