Super 8 by Wyndham Elk City

Our stay was not what was offered per website, no breakfast, no ice machine, the towels where thin just terrible 😩 I would suggest not to stay at this hotel it was not what it says, no washers and dryer, I know it’s a super 8 but I would have thought it would have been better then it was

For the price it was acceptable. I could hear the person above me walking the the TV came on at 0331and played until 0524. I couldn't sleep. No frills just bare basics but clean. Convenient location to interstate. I was traveling through

Jay Patel should be ashamed to display his name as owner of this place! The woman who was working the desk when I checked in was very friendly and polite. However, she was having to cover the front desk, clean the rooms (the regular cleaning person had called in sick, which is apparently a common occurrence, since my room was filthy!!), and do the laundry in the guest laundry, since the industrial laundry normally used for hotel laundry was out of service. As I stated, my room was filthy…carpet apparently had never been cleaned, toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned in several weeks. The bedding, however, appeared to be reasonably clean; and the bed was comfortable. The booking site claims that breakfast is provided; but no breakfast was provided at all. Wyndham should have some sort of oversight of the hotels under its name. This place is not a good representation of the Wyndham brand.

They advertised a free breakfast but all by that was available was coffee. The pool was covered and the deck was dirty with trash.

Overall nice place to stay. It's not the Ritz, but you are not paying for the Ritz. Desk personnel both at checkin and checkout were super nice.

We make this road trip every year and stay at this motel. We feel safe and it’s along the freeway which makes it nice. For the money you can’t beat this motel. It does need some work but it is always clean. When traveling it’s a cheap stop for the night to get some sleep. They do not serve breakfast like the website says but they do have very good coffee. Staff is friendly. Great place to stop for 1 night. There is a great smoker BBQ restaurant down the road which makes this a great place to eat.

This hotel is in poor condition. And the room was quite dirty. The area between the bed and the wall had a ton of debris. The bathroom sink had no stopper so anything dropped in would go right down the pipe. The towels were so thin you could not dry yourself. No coffee in room and no breakfast offering at all. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

It was open at 1 am in the night. I was able to sleep sound for 5 hours. I feel good about my rest and can continue my journey. No hassle check in done in app. Convenient location off the I-40 without much inter city travel.

Hotel is old and outdated. It looks and smells old and outdated. It needs repairs and renovation. Not all amenities listed by hotel were provided by hotel. Many things wrong with the room. Not clean.
