Lagomandra Hotel and Spa

The rooms haven't been cleaned for at least 5 years the bathroom in my room on the second floor has dirty tiles the waiters at the restaurant are rude especially the elderly ones on the last day at the restaurant a waiter slammed the glasses on the table as if he wanted to break his breakfast everything sucks my sister had food poisoning and the beach too if you reserve the umbrella first comes who gets it you ruined my holiday

Everything was great, but the rooms werent the biggest and the food wasnt the best, but overral it was a very pleasant experience and would recommend for the price. If you book get the all inclusive because its the best for your money. You get free drinks, ice cream, and sandwiches on all the bars.

Great hotel, great beach. Best choise for family either small kids☀️☀️ The room was comfortable, the service was very good.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, we got a better room than we paid for. Clean pool, clean and useful gym, one of the most beautiful beaches with natural shade, good food (perhaps a slightly better choice of food for dinner). All in all, we will definitely visit this hotel again.

Spent a lovely week at the Lagomandra Hotel and Spa, the food was really good and no trouble getting a sunbed around the pool. My only concern was that Tui made no reference in their hotel details to the fact that the hotel rooms are on five levels reached by steps and ramps which if you have mobility problems or are elderly is a real problem in the heat. The Hotel Manager, Kyriakos, was brilliant changing our room for a lower level room and could not have been more helpful.

It seems to be a tendency throughout many hotels in Greece - not to keep their standards to the stars they claim to represent. Location. The location of the upper hotel (because you’ll see that there is just the same hotel across the road and much closer to the beach) is fairly good. Couple of things to consider before booking: you will/might be walking a lot upstairs and downstairs to get to wherever you need. The hotel is built on the slope, hence you will be experiencing some instability in water pressure while taking a shower! Cleanliness. I paid little attention to cleanliness in the room (we were in room 326) but according to my wife- no more than 3 stars. Internet. To me, the biggest issue was their WiFi. This was the worst 🛜 I’ve ever experienced in the hotel, sorry Lagomandra. Phone barely connecting to 🛜, then it drops all the time while you’re attempting to call somebody or simply surfe in the internet. Food. Wasn’t impressed at all, sorry again. I left a photo here of the dish I ordered at the beach restaurant: simply fresh grilled shrimps. It was actually fresh and tasty, must admit. Beach. All good here! Just need to take a 5 minutes walk from your hotel room to the beach. The water is clean, you can order some stuff from the bar of course. Parking. Free, but I think they are struggling with parking spots when a lot of guests come at once.
