Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel

My stay at Lithies was so good I almost want to gate keep it for myself. This was our first visit after my daughter booked the hotel and from the moment we arrived, I knew it was special. Lithies is in the north of the island, with exceptional views of the ocean and is very well kept, with a clean natural aesthetic. The staff could not be more accommodating, helping us find the most delicious nearby restaurants, day trips to Shipwreck beach and the blue caves are a short distance away. There are bicycles free to borrow and board games readily available providing plenty of opportunities to play as a family. The pool is clean and cool and sits in gardens filled with aloe and herbs with a pool bar open all day serving delicious club sandwiches, fresh coffee and cold drinks. The rooms are cleaned daily and the whole hotel is very clean and safe. It is very family orientated but is quiet and also perfect for couples wanting a special stay. We are very sad to leave this little gem and will definetly be back in the future.

During our vacation in Zakynthos, we stayed at the Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a room with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot, away from the hustle of the tourist areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The Shipwreck and Blue Caves, as well as the harbour of Agios nikolaos were near the hotel which was ideal to visit those places. The highlight was undoubtedly the private balcony with spectacular views of the sea. Waking up every morning watching the sunrise over the horizon was an unforgettable experience. The hotel features a stunning and clean infinity pool. There is also a cozy poolside bar where we enjoyed delicious food. The gardens around the hotel are well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hospitality and professionalism of the small team made a real difference. The breakfast was nothing more than a person needs. Fresh fruit, veggies, eggs, toast, etc. Simple yet delicious. The hotel offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its exceptional service, luxurious accommodation, and beautiful location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Zakynthos. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

As part of our Zakynthos trip with our one-year-old daughter, we booked 2 nights at the Lithies Boutique Hotel because we were very impressed by the photos and description. Unfortunately, the booked 3-bed room quickly turned out to be a flop - a very simple furnished, dark room at the back of the house, seeming more like a cellar, directly under the parking lot, the specified sea side view only marginally recognizable, but all hotel guests walked past our patio to the pool. To make matters worse, the room was right at the entrance of the corridor to all the ground floor studios - the screen door slammed loudly every time the guests entered or left; in the very poorly soundproofed room, despite closed door and windows, every step in the hallway echoed loudly; quarrels, falling objects and flushing toilets in the adjoining rooms were also audible, as was every incoming car. There was no chance of getting some sleep before midnight, our child was woken several times. And all that for 145€/night!!! When we reported our problem the next morning and asked for another room, we only got the short answer that the hotel was fully booked and that you could hear the noise in every other room anyway. However, there were at least 3 other rooms available online (also on other floors). That is, the owner simply lied to us. We have never experienced such bad service, especially not in this price range. The superficially friendly, but secretly arrogant and ignorant demeanor of the owner reflects the unsympathetic overall atmosphere of this accommodation, which in our opinion cannot be hidden by a beautiful garden. Conclusion: badly soundproofed room with lack of relaxation, dishonest owner, catastrophic complaints management for families with small children, very bad value for money! We can only strongly advise against staying in this hotel!

Had a great visit at this fantastic SeaView boutique property in Zakynthos. Huge pool and great pool bar. Right up the street from the not to be missed Blue Caves and Shipwreck boat tours. Staff and owner are truly a delightful. Great room prices too!

Geweldig wat een prachtige locatie en fijne kamers. Alles superschoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en als er iets is dan wordt je direct geholpen. Wat een fijne mensen, allemaal even lief en vrolijk. Ze hadden ook geweldige tips voor restaurants en boottrip. Toen we weggingen kregen we een dikke knuffel. Echt intens genoten van het kleine stukje paradijs op het uiterste puntje van Zakynthos

Minha primeira vez no Lithies foi em 2018, fomos tão bem tratados que voltamos agora. Eu amo o hotel, o quarto é amplo com uma pequena varanda e super limpo. O banheiro é ótimo , chuveiro bom e toalhas ótimas. Amo tomar café da manhã naquela paz , as pessoas do hotel são absurdamente simpáticas. Tem estacionamento. Espero voltar em breve.
