The two-storey holiday home is located on an approximately 5.700sqm private property. The entire property is located in the nature reserve and is therefore also something for nature lovers, the garden is green and partly natural. Due to the quiet location, the house is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The property is located in a dead end, without traffic and neighbors. In addition, the property offers an ideal starting point for hikes in the mountains in all directions of the island of La Palma. Unique is the spectacular panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the sea, especially at sunset. The house is divided into a spacious ground floor apartment, with a double bed and a double sofa bed in another room. In addition, there is the possibility of a completed apartment in 1. Floor with up to four additional sleeping possibilities to book. This apartment can be booked for a low price of 30,00 € per night plus 50,00 € final cleaning costs. Important for you: This upper apartment is for your convenience only and will not be rented out if you only live in the lower house. If you want to spend a family holiday or a time with friends, this is an exclusive and affordable option. Furnishings ground floor apartment: All rooms are newly renovated (2015) and modern furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, and extensive kitchen equipment (for example, toaster, kettle, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering. A separate utility room with new washing machine and new dryer are also available. Large flat screen televisions from LG, stereo and Wi-Fi allow media entertainment. The bedroom overlooking the sea is completely new tiled, with large clothes-wall unit. The comfortable double bed and the back-friendly mattresses are completely new. Another sofa bed for up to two people is available in the living room. The living room is equipped with friendly bamboo rattan furniture, which provide a summery flair. The conservatory joins the living room and also offers wide, fantastic views of the island of La Palma.
