When I arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception area. I later found a man who spoke and understood very little English. He said he was the manager. He asked to check my booking on my phone as there wasn't a computer at reception. He then spoke to someone who I assume was the owner for a long time before showing me to my room. There were two crumpled up towels on the bed which he folded. He claimed that they were clean but looked dirty so I asked him for a clean towel which he gave me. I also asked for shampoo and soap. He said that thle blanket was being washed and he would give it to me later but he didn't. Only when I met him the next day and asked him again did I get one. The floor in the room and bathroom looked a bit dirty. There was no bin. He said he would get me one but never did. The cellphone signal was terrible at the hotel and so was the WiFi. I tried calling the hotel but couldn't get through. He told me that the shower had hot water but it didn't when I asked him about it he said there isn't any hot water but that he could get me some in a bucket the next day for a shower.
