Increíble lugar! Tras unos días de estancia hemos comido en todos los restaurantes del hotel y ha sido una experiencia perfecta. Hay que destacar el servicio que consigue que la comida sea aún mejor preocupándose de hacerte sentir única. Nos dejamos guiar por sus recomendaciones de comida y bebida y la verdad es que acertaron en todo. Todo el servicio tiene una sonrisa permanente que hacen que el ambiente sea único. Estoy deseando volver a egipto y en especial a este hotel!!!

This hotel is very good for the price you pay. I just want to mention that if you're a foodie this might not be the best place for you. All the show-cooking tasted good because it was just made. The food on the platters however was often cold which is quite unfortunate. I went two times and the second time I immediately wondered why I had actually gone back. I think I forgot the little negative things form the first trip. The also try to sell u something from the wellness center and camel rides. I did ride a camel and it was fun but it was pretty annoying to have to reject them every time. So for a budget holiday this is great but don't expect the same experience as for example Riu or whatever

My kids (2 year old and 2 month old baby), wife and I stayed at the Creek Hotel in early Dec 24 and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we have had. The staff are definitely what makes this place special. We became great friends with all the staff there, some who we got the name of and others who we didn't get their name but equally, all were wonderful and so professional. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a big smile by Ziad at reception and welcome drinks were quickly followed. After checking in and before going to our room, we went for evening dinner at the main restaurant and had a warm welcome from Mr Boules (manager) and then amazing service from Tamer. Nothing was too much trouble, drinks were regularly replenished and plates taken away quickly. We were provided with a high chair for our toddler straight away and food was great. There was a big variety of mains, salads, fruits and dessert. We then went to our room and it was very spacious with a king sized bed and sofa bed. We opted for the studio with a plunge pool. The room was very clean and we were provided with a cot for our baby (need to request this at the front desk upon arrival). The pool was the best decision we made as our kids absolutely loved it, it was heated and both in the sun/shaded, depending on what time of the day you go in. It was private which was great for my wife as she wears the hijab but we did have the occasional person walk by as the main hotel beach is right behind the pool, and is easily accessible from your room/pool on the ground floor. There was also a small playground for children which we made use of most days, our toddler loved this. Every day onwards was the same high level of service, with friendly smiles all around and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were great with our toddler who they were always making the effort to talk to and play with. By the end of the holiday, he was so spoilt and comfortable with everyone (he definitely had the best time out of us all). We also wanted to say thank you to: * Tamer, we built a really good friendship with him and he was very professional, friendly and so welcoming * All the wait staff and chefs at the restaurant, there were too many to name but they went out of their way for us every time we were there * Ziad and Kareem on reception * Asmi, Islam, Amr in the food and drinks service * The staff in the spa were very professional when we had our treatments (pedicure and massage) * The managers, again too many to name but Mr Boules, Mr Wagdih and Mr Ibraheem were lovely * Ahmed and Abdullah the pool staff/lifeguards * Also, all the hardworking cleaners, who go unseen but keep the place looking great All of you made our trip an amazing and unforgettable experience, and we would definitely recommend to friends/family and would 100% stay here again.

Thank you Ocean View team for a wonderful stay. The hotel was quite and the surroundings were top clean, thank you Reda for your help during our stay and for keeping our room very clean, thank you for organizing my things...👌🏻🙂. Reception staff ang guest realation team were very supportive during our stay. Chefs and waiters also. Themed restaurant nights. Food was delicious specially Breakfast.

It's been 2 weeks since we arrived home and we loved it that much we have booked again for February 2024. Check in was a breeze, I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was professional, pleasant and very informative. We were very pleased with the allocated room. It wasn't modern but it was in a good condition. The room was made up each by our cleaner to a very high standard with our towels made up in all kinds of animals. The bar next to reception covered the upper level. The waiting on team were excellent. The new Hub bar which is basically the pool bar was again excellent. If you like any sports then this is the place to watch them. They will bring drinks to you around the pool and the beach area around the hotel. A special mention and thanks to Hossam and Haitham these two lads couldn't do enough for us. Ali looks after the pool towels and keeps the beach area on the left hand side tidy. He will comb the sand around your sunbed and leave a nice heart for you. The main restaurant is buffet. Lots of variety and the theme changes each night. BBQ outside every day. We went all inclusive, drinks were fine. Not the largest cocktail list but fine. Beer was good and house wine decent. Local spirits OK with a mixer Currently there are two other restaurants next to the Hub. An Italian restaurant which is nice but the menu is a bit limited. The other restaurant is the Oriental, the best description of the food is its a set menu similar to a Turkish or Greek meze. Very delicious. The two restaurants are only new and I believe a third restaurant is opening soon. Take the boat to the private island and enjoy the red sea. Beautiful beach. Panorama has its own restaurant there for food and drinks. The all inclusive is a bit limited compared to the hotel and lunch is one meal that rotates each day. Outside the hotel to the right, less than 50m is an ATM. Another 5 minutes walk and you are in Downtown. A lovely area with shops, restaurants, bars and chemist. The marina is a 25 minute walk or 2 minutes in a Tuktuk !!!!!. El Gouna is a lovely area. Very safe to walk around and I am looking forward to visiting again

Steigenberger golf resort in el gouna, egypt is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the view is phenomenal, and the staff is the best. The restaurant has a great variety of the most delicious food. The restaurant staff are very attentive and so eager to serve and please. Mr. Hesham, Mr. Mohamed, Moussa, Ahmed, Islam and many others made each meal so pleasant. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back soon. Irene, NY, USA
