La mejor experiencia de mi vida. El equipo de animación es fantástico. La mejor comida que he probado. Las bebidas son geniales. Las habitaciones son estupendas. Nos sentimos como reyes y reinas del teatro. Seguro que volveremos. Todas las noches hay un espectáculo genial. El equipo de animación entusiasma a la gente y te trata como a una familia. Excelentes vacaciones, personal excepcional desde recepción hasta camareros, la hospitalidad de los jardineros fue muy amable y servicial, el equipo de animación fue genial, fuimos los ingleses allí durante la mayor parte de las vacaciones, pero nos sentimos parte de todas las actividades, el entretenimiento fue muy bueno, un gran agradecimiento al equipo del bar y a la animación, Bob, Jimmy, Samma, el barman Mahamed Alsed y Weid, buena comida, buena habitación, personal de limpieza amable y servicial. Una queja: el acceso a la piscina principal no era bueno para personas discapacitadas que no pueden subir los escalones de la escalera, de lo contrario, 100% vacaciones

We stayed at Hotel Paradisio for 12 nights from 16th March 2025. We flew from Liverpool with EasyJet, outbound and inbound flights were good. Hurgharda Airport has really improved, if you want a quick exit in Hurgharda then buy your Visa's in advance. We arrived at around 8.45pm and were checked in fairly swiftly, although I had emailed the hotel in advance requesting a ground floor room with double bed, but I never had any reply and on checking in we were given room 812 which was on the 2nd floor near to the Zen Pool. Biggest gripe on checking in was that we had been travelling since 6.00am and were not offered any food or shown to the restaurant. We accepted the room and had a couple of drinks in the lobby bar. Our room was very dated, although clean it definitely needed updating. Air con worked well but as others have said you are either freezing or hot, and the bedding is duvets not sheets. There were also a couple of days where our bathroom towels were not changed and we had to use dirty towels. Our bedding was never changed throughout the whole 12 night stay. The hotel caters for European guests but 95% are German, a few British, French and Italian. We found the food offering was geared towards this. Breakfast remained similar each morning, restaurant opens at 7.00am and we recommend you go early to get a good table. Lots of fresh fruit, cheeses, meat, bread, and omelettes cooked to order. Fruit juices, coffee, teas are available - there is a 2 euro charge for freshly squeezed orange juice though. One day a week breakfast is served on the beach at sun rise, be warned we were not informed of this and even though we went down at 7.15am the beach was really busy and you may find you have to share a table. Food was laid out all over the place and not a particularly good experience. Lunch was OK, lots of salads, cooked meats and most days there was freshly cooked fish. We did notice that some of the lamb and beef was not cooked so be careful. I have seen other reviews complaining of smokers in the restaurant and the hotel have dealt with this - there is an area for smokers and an area for non smokers which was really positive. Dinner was very similar to lunch and plenty to choose from. It does get busy in the restaurant and you may find you have to share your table with strangers, which was very awkward!! During the day we spent all of our time around the 'Zen Pool' as we wanted peace and quiet. The hotel and tour operators advertise this as an 'Adults Only' area but be warned, there are 2 children's pools in the same area and we found our peace and tranquillity destroyed by crying babies and screaming children. Definitely the worst part of our holiday, and the staff (bar and pool) didn't challenge the noisey families. Saying that, the pool and bar staff are very very helpful, the pool staff are busy every morning cleaning the swimming pool and edges and the bar staff serve to your sunbed, drop them a tip and you will be provided with dri

My favorite hotel is very good and the atmosphere is great here I loved this place a lot and the people here are kind and they become your friends very quickly and the activities here is very good like the stretching and the aquagym the animation team is excellent and I loved the food here a lot also it is clean and there are a lot of varieties of food and every day something different and kind I will come here again for sure

The vacation was wonderful!!!9/10 The amateurs were very nice and motivating! Thanks! The whole atmosphere was very good and our vacation was wonderful… you can make Sport,Chillig or dancing, everithing is possible We can highly recommend the area and the hotel, the food was delicious ＜3 and the rooms were clean. My family have just returned from Club Paradisio El Gouna and I couldn’t wait to write this review! Transfers from Hurghada airport to the hotel took around 45 minutes (3 drop-offs before ours) which I thought was relatively okay. I have to call out the fantastic people that work at this establishment! Every single one of them, from the guys overseeing the heated pool area by handing out towels all the way up to the senior management who we had the pleasure of meeting on numerous occasions, were attentive, very personable and couldn’t do any more for us! This hotel sets a gold standard in customer service and I feel other hotels we’ve stayed at could learn a thing or two from how people operate here. They all work so hard, long hours but always have a smile on their faces! Bravo! The location of the hotel is great. It has lots of rooms, multiple entertainment areas, two restaurants (Marco Polo and one on the beach overlooking the Red Sea). Despite having lots of rooms, it never feels crowded as it’s spread out nicely across various areas, including the beach, around the pools (of which there are two, one is heated), the lobby bar and much more! Rooms were a good standard. We were in room 171 and overlooked the garden. It was peaceful there and the shower was nice and powerful. The beds were comfy too! Food was varied and as a guest you have the option of booking their ‘A la carte’ several times and also you can opt in to their ‘fish’ and ‘steak’ nights. We chose the fish night, effectively all of their amazingly fresh fish is presented on ice, you can choose what you want (as many times as you like) and they will cook it fresh for you. I can highly recommend the prawns :) Owing to the time we went we were lucky enough to see how the hotel manage special occasions like Christmas and New Years celebrations. All I can say is WOW! We were blown away with the level of detail and effort they went to. Tables were presented and the food was a masterpiece! Well done guys! All in all, a fantastic resort to go to and I would highly recommend! Some key things to call out. Take a lot of small currency. We took US dollars but they also take Sterling and Euros. A lot of the staff, whilst not obligatory, we felt it was nice to tip people as a minimum $1 for things like Luggage carrying, waiters, towel guys, cleaning staff etc etc. They very much appreciate it! The animation team are also amazing! Bob, Neli, Jimmy, Sama, Amr and Sally were fantastic people, performers and friends! THANK YOU GUYS! Look out for ‘Yorkshire Jack’ around the pool, a great character and fantastic service! Always offering ‘English water’ lol Prices are ‘negotiated’ so be prepared to haggle! We paid $200 for a private boat trip for 5 of us which involved Dolphin watching and snorkelling! Was fun! Tut tuts in to El Gouna town are outside the hotel and cost us $2 each way. It’s a lovely town centre and would recommend for shopping and has nice bars and eateries! I
