Hoteles en El Gouna con Gimnasio

This hotel is very good for the price you pay. I just want to mention that if you're a foodie this might not be the best place for you. All the show-cooking tasted good because it was just made. The food on the platters however was often cold which is quite unfortunate. I went two times and the second time I immediately wondered why I had actually gone back. I think I forgot the little negative things form the first trip. The also try to sell u something from the wellness center and camel rides. I did ride a camel and it was fun but it was pretty annoying to have to reject them every time. So for a budget holiday this is great but don't expect the same experience as for example Riu or whatever

Iam attending the el guna film festival and my bad luck is staying in this hotel, the service is very bad, the room service never answers the phone, and I have to call the receptionist to connect my call to them but they keep hang off the call and i reach them literally after an hour and when I told them why you never answer the calls they answered in a very rude way ( this happens every time I call the room service I have to go through all this every time I wanna eat ) after all this the food is very bad and salty, also my room is far from the reception so I have to take the golf cart and every time I need one I stand waiting more than 10 minutes, and at night i have to wait in the cold weather, will never stay in this hotel again

Reception staff ang guest realation team were very supportive during our stay. Chefs and waiters also. Themed restaurant nights. Food was delicious specially Breakfast.

It's been 2 weeks since we arrived home and we loved it that much we have booked again for February 2024. Check in was a breeze, I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was professional, pleasant and very informative. We were very pleased with the allocated room. It wasn't modern but it was in a good condition. The room was made up each by our cleaner to a very high standard with our towels made up in all kinds of animals. The bar next to reception covered the upper level. The waiting on team were excellent. The new Hub bar which is basically the pool bar was again excellent. If you like any sports then this is the place to watch them. They will bring drinks to you around the pool and the beach area around the hotel. A special mention and thanks to Hossam and Haitham these two lads couldn't do enough for us. Ali looks after the pool towels and keeps the beach area on the left hand side tidy. He will comb the sand around your sunbed and leave a nice heart for you. The main restaurant is buffet. Lots of variety and the theme changes each night. BBQ outside every day. We went all inclusive, drinks were fine. Not the largest cocktail list but fine. Beer was good and house wine decent. Local spirits OK with a mixer Currently there are two other restaurants next to the Hub. An Italian restaurant which is nice but the menu is a bit limited. The other restaurant is the Oriental, the best description of the food is its a set menu similar to a Turkish or Greek meze. Very delicious. The two restaurants are only new and I believe a third restaurant is opening soon. Take the boat to the private island and enjoy the red sea. Beautiful beach. Panorama has its own restaurant there for food and drinks. The all inclusive is a bit limited compared to the hotel and lunch is one meal that rotates each day. Outside the hotel to the right, less than 50m is an ATM. Another 5 minutes walk and you are in Downtown. A lovely area with shops, restaurants, bars and chemist. The marina is a 25 minute walk or 2 minutes in a Tuktuk !!!!!. El Gouna is a lovely area. Very safe to walk around and I am looking forward to visiting again

Increíble lugar! Tras unos días de estancia hemos comido en todos los restaurantes del hotel y ha sido una experiencia perfecta. Hay que destacar el servicio que consigue que la comida sea aún mejor preocupándose de hacerte sentir única. Nos dejamos guiar por sus recomendaciones de comida y bebida y la verdad es que acertaron en todo. Todo el servicio tiene una sonrisa permanente que hacen que el ambiente sea único. Estoy deseando volver a egipto y en especial a este hotel!!!

The hotel is small but fine. Anyone who wants to party here is wrong. It's very quiet. With the Tuctuc you are in 10 minutes in DownTown or Marina. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, only wine is served with food. This is a shame about All Inclusive. Because the cocktails are very sweet. A wine would be a good alternative. The cooks prepare everything fresh. It is very tasty and the presentation on the plate very appealing. Special thanks to Hashem. Always cheerful and funny. He reads every wish from our eyes. A great service. Ahmed Ali, Azmy, Ahmed Ahmed and many more are great service workers. We'll be back.
