"Arrived on a Sunday key is in a safe box by the front door. Reception work 10 -2 Monday to Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."

"Es un buen hotel, pero si te toca una habitación donde la unidad exterior del aire acondicionado o de la refrigeración está justo encima de tu habitación en el tejado, tendrás un ruido extremadamente molesto. Por lo demás, tiene un buen precio, pero no esperes animación ni otro tipo de entretenimiento."

"Tiene una buena ubicación, pero deja mucho que desear en cuanto a los servicios. No dispone de WiFI. Bueno, en teoría existe, pero en la práctica, no funciona y no hay conexión. Tampoco dispone de microondas o de algo tan básico como un cuchillo para poder pelar o cortar, máxime cuando se trata de un alojamiento donde hay una cocina equipada y se alojan familias. También es curioso que los duplex, que tienen terraza arriba, no dispongan de una mesa y una sillas en la terraza superior o unas hamacas... Vamos, que en la terraza superior no hay nada de nada. También tuvimos que pedir bolsas de basura puesto que no había. Tampoco hay jabón ni champú. Es decir, todo muy, muy básico. Ppr otra parte, estaba límpio y bien cuidado. ¿Repetiría? Si encuentro otra opción mejor, no."

"Welcome to hell… Worst holiday ever! I work hard and look forward to my annual holiday. We have used Jet 2 Holidays many times but boy there has been nothing like this before. If you want to rest and relax, enjoy restaurants and like things to do, are coming on your own, as a couple or family; this is NOT the place for you…. It’s like a building site, woken by builders drilling doing piling works, electrics keeps going off, no places to eat out, looks like a wars zone, swimming pool freezing, it’s a dump! It’s only day 2 and looking forward to going home already!!! Do NOT come here."

"El complejo está nuevo y los apartamentos son bastante amplios. Las carpinterías son buenas y te aislan bien de los ruidos de la piscina y de la calle. La playa a tres minutos y también algunos sitios recomendables para comer algo y tomar una cerveza. El pueblo está cerca, como para darse un paseo y no tener que coger el coche. El personal de recepción y de limpieza muy agradable. Las puertas y los accesos, además de llave tienen un sistema de códigos por lo que no es necesario ir con la llave todo el día. La piscina dispone de un sistema de acceso para que los niños no puedan entrar sin alguien que les abra, lo que da bastante tranquilidad .Muy recomendable para un plan con amigos y familia."
