"The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s location. It’s right smack in the middle of the lagoon—moments from the boardwalk and minutes to the malls. Otherwise, the place is a dump. A renovation isn’t good enough. The place should be razed. They still have linoleum flooring and everything just feels old and shabby. The staff weren’t particularly nice. They didn’t greet with a smile. The food had a nice selection in the morning and evening but the dishes were filthy. There was food or lipstick on cups. You name it and we saw it. I complained to the dining room supervisor and nothing improved. They didn’t even provide conditioner in the shower. They had shampoo and shower gel in soap dispensers on the wall. If you decide to stay, you’ll know what you’re getting into."

Special thanks to Hadas for making us feel welcome from the very first moment, Maria for her outstanding evening service, and Igal for taking such great care of us every morning. Their kindness and professionalism turned what was supposed to be a short visit into a much longer and more enjoyable stay. We originally came to Eilat for location scouting for an upcoming television production, and the hotel turned out to be the perfect base for our work. Thanks to the warm hospitality, we happily extended our visit from one night to two nights and three days. Room 9514 will always be a memorable part of this experience. As a survivor of five strokes, accessibility, comfort, and convenience are essential for me. I'm happy to say this hotel delivered on all three. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially appreciated was the convenience store inside the hotel, open into the evening. Having easy access to snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials without needing to drive around Eilat made a real difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's attractions. It's a great choice for families, and I would also recommend it to film and television crews using Eilat as a shooting location (having a car is definitely helpful). "El director de la casa de fútbol decidió permitir que ~200 niños ( edad 10-15 años) de una liga de fútbol permanecieran en la casa de huéspedes sin sus padres. Puedes imaginar lo que pasó con el llamado hotel: ruido, maldición frente a todos los huéspedes, noches insomnios, una confusión en la sala de cenas, un fracaso en la piscina, la implicación de la policía, etc. Mis niños temían salir de nuestra habitación. Como ya se ha dicho, esta fue una mala decisión de gestión (y admiten que fue) de convertir este hotel en una casa de huéspedes. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación: el segundo día, la habitación estaba "limpada" pero se olvidaron de poner toallas, jabón y champú. El 3o día - ni siquiera limpiaron nuestra habitación. Cuando me quejé de ella - me dijeron que mi habitación ya estaba limpia . Les invité a la habitación para ver que no estaba limpia. Increíble. Conciencia cero a la satisfacción del cliente. Alimento: El desayuno es bueno, el almuerzo y la cena son razonables (pero repetidas). Así que - haz un favor: no gaste su dinero en esta casa de huéspedes. Hay muchos hoteles grandes en Eilat con el mismo precio que esta casa de huéspedes. Para resumir: cuando me quejé del fracaso con los niños de la Liga de fútbol, la respuesta del hotel que sufrió sólo un día, así que me enviarán un descuento del 30% a la primera noche de mi próxima vacación. Como yo siempre lo usaré ... siempre hay una última vez !!!"

"Lovely small hotel with a lot of personal attention. Since there were not many rooms in the hotel we got friendly with the entire staff. My wife is disabled and we got a larger room with the special facilities for disabled. I would suggest expanding the breakfast a bit, I think that would be make the hotel perfect."

"Very nice hotel. We're a group of families, from the same place. Once a year, we spend a weekend . Again we enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and dinner. Hospitality and service was nice, as usual. Also, location of the hotel is good. Only 10-15 minutes walking to ICE mall. We warmly recommend Hotel Neve Eilat."

"We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining room. - Low quality beverages. No fresh juice. - No barrister. - Only 4 slides were working in a Water Park. - Pool opens only at 9 a.m. - Couldn't find any water cooler at night."
