Privacy shades are installed on all sides. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and television Pool is available May 1st to September 30th only. 8 am to 8:30 pm- shared amenity with host and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for 2 hrs daily private pool time for your family- rest of the day open for general use. PARTIES/EVENTS Parties/ special events are NOT ALLOWED without permission from host and are subject to additional fees. This is due to liability risks on our gated property. Ask host about parties/ events rate. ***Property is under 24 hour surveillance and if we find out you are hosting an unauthorized party, you will be subject to $500 penalty and being asked to leave immediately *** No smoking on property. NO PETS or service animals.
