A pleasant stay. Hotel room clean and tidy as was reception and dining. Staff were friendly though housekeeping was slow and had not cleaned my room when I was out for the day, so I returned to an unmade room. Because I’d travelled the night before, after a morning and early afternoon out, I wanted daytime rest and housekeeping walked in on me when I was taking a short nap late afternoon. Said they’d be back in an hour but when they came in I was showering so the room didn’t get made up as they were now going off duty. Offered to replenish my coffee, so at least made a gesture.
Otherwise a pleasant stay. Nicely located in the heart of the city just minutes away from local attractions, the ferris wheel and the train station.

Hotel muy elegante con una excelente ubicación. Se siente como a 200 metros de Princes Street. Puedes caminar a Princes Street Garden en poco tiempo. Está muy cerca de la National Gallery. Puedes ver el Castillo de Edimburgo y los edificios medievales en el Royal Milla.
Este desayuno es muy rico, inglés y autoservicio.

La ubicación está cerca de la estación de tren, no tienes que tener una caja en la escalera de la caja muy buena! ¡Puedes caminar convenientemente a todos los lugares de interés de Edimburgo, y los restaurantes alrededor de Lin y Lin no tienen comida ni bebida. Reservar hoteles extranjeros en Trip.com, ingresar/salir no es obstáculo, pero la ubicación de la habitación es inadecuada, el precio no es bajo, la ventana de la habitación está en una esquina muerta, no se ve el cielo!

El horario de check-in debe ser después de las tres de la tarde, ni un momento antes, tenga en cuenta si hay alguna necesidad urgente. Por primera vez nos dieron una habitación con una ventana al borde de la carretera donde podíamos ver a los peatones, la habitación estaba lejos y había que caminar mucho para llegar a ella, si era un inconveniente para nuestro equipaje, teníamos que salir. un mensaje para ellos. Más tarde me mudé a un semisótano y la próxima vez tendré que avisar con antelación que no quiero una habitación al borde de la carretera. Hay una cocina pero no hay ventanas y no hay suficiente luz, por lo que no se puede cocinar. La mesa pequeña es adecuada para que cenen dos o tres personas. El vestíbulo es único. El precio de la habitación es muy caro, no sé si será por el festival de arte, fui a una posada cercana y pregunté, el precio es mucho más económico pero es más conveniente y cómodo que aquí. No quiero elegir este lugar la próxima vez, no veo nada bueno excepto la cocina.

La ubicación es bastante buena, justo encima del centro comercial en el lado derecho de la calle al otro lado de la calle de la estación de tren. Es bastante conveniente arrastrar maletas y hay un ascensor.
El servicio está bien, almacenamiento gratuito. Los croissants gratuitos de la mañana son deliciosos y el café y el té son de autoservicio.

The location is good and the room is reasonably sized but the design of the room is not to my liking. The toilet is completely separated from the rest of the washroom which has happened before but the toilet room does not have a hand basin to wash your hands and the two areas are inconveniently located so it could be a problem stumbling at night.
The room was clean when we checked in but our room was cleaned the next day except for the washroom for some reason. Reported to front desk but no explanation really.
Saw a fan in the closet so the hotel may not have A/C whinch happens in hotels in Europe sometimes. Check that if you are coming in the summer.

Me alojé en un total de seis hoteles durante mi viaje al Reino Unido. Tuve la peor experiencia en este hotel. La mesa se caía cuando la tocaba. El lavabo era tan alto que solo cabía un gigante. Lo que pasa es que no había radiador en la habitación, el aire acondicionado no estaba caliente y la habitación estaba muy fría. Le pedí a la recepción que enviara a alguien a revisarlo y me dijeron que se podía controlar de forma remota. , y no se calentó en toda la noche. ¡Mala reseña! Buena ubicación si se encuentra en Leith, los autobuses desde el centro y el aeropuerto expresan 200 paran directamente afuera y cerca de la pasarela del canal de Leith, lo cual es agradable. Actualmente hay mucha construcción del tranvía afuera, lo que hace que la ubicación se vea más fea y más difícil de navegar de lo normal. UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es grande e higiénica, las alcantarillas están limpias y el agua de la ducha es grande. Es muy conveniente caminar hasta el aeropuerto en 5 minutos. El restaurante es grande y el desayuno es rico. La recepción tiene muy buena actitud. Me dieron una habitación en el último piso con vista al paisaje. Fue agradable tener una sombrilla cuando nevaba mucho. Muy considerado y cálido, gracias.

We walked from Waverly to hotel with 3 huge luggages, it is not far but it is hilly so choose the path that does not involve stairs. Check-in and out is VERY efficient, just mention your name and they will immediately escort u to your apartment. Saw previous reviews saying receptionist is not friendly, but honestly I think they are being efficient and that is just what I needed after a 20-hour journey. I booked the open plan 1-bedroom apartment for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Room is at ground floor with the entrance from outside walkway directly to the living room. This means people walking outside your room will be able to see you, but there are curtains and blinds to block those views. The bedroom does not have doors though, just an entrance from hallway. The apartment is very homey and comfortable to us, we cooked almost every meal, being fully equipped. It has dining table comfortable for 4, and efficient layout. Bathroom is perfect size with sufficient hot water. Heater is working very well. Location is very close to famous victoria street, and near the famous stairs filmed in “One Day”. Used the laundry service and is good. Sainsbury local nearby with 4 mins walk. Overall satisfied and highly recommend.

Antes de llegar, me había comunicado con el hotel por correo electrónico y me había dicho que podían llegar a través de WhatsApp. Además, no había zona de recepción, y la inspección debía realizarse por teléfono, que exigió múltiples llamadas telefónicas de larga distancia y tarifas adicionales.
El día anterior a la entrada, recibí un correo electrónico de última hora del hotel solicitando un depósito, pero no proporcionaron información sobre cómo hacer el pago. No todos los empleados estaban dispuestos a prestar asistencia, pero la última persona con la que hablé fue paciente y útil, lo que me permitió comprobar con facilidad.

Todo está a poca distancia a pie, por lo que no es necesario utilizar el transporte público, lo que es una gran ventaja.

One of the single beds and half of the queen bed mattresses were in need of replacing as springs could be felt - ran out of time to update staff of this problem. Had breakfast included and was well worth it to start the day. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of food options close by.

The hotel goes under the renovation and there were only 2 lifts with queues and they are also used by the staff too
We had a room for 3 people and had all set up for two people only, the room was dirty with hair in the shower and the ceiling.
When I took the shower the pipe was blocked and the water started to leak to the bathroom… yes they sorted the problem quite quickly but still was not great experience
There were no slippers and bathrobes. I asked for x3 slippers and they brought only one pair. I asked again and they brought only one pair again. On the third time they brought two pairs…. When I asked for 3!!! And still no bathrobes. We asked for additional blanket and it was in a random location after the room was cleaned.
The room was cleaned badly on the next day we stayed. My pajamas was thrown elsewhere and I found it on the table, the towels we put on the floor to be replaced were fold dirty on the shelves… the blanket was in a random location and the cleaner did not pay any attention at all left the room dirty. Very disrespectful
I felt that I had to beg for the things we are supposed to get in this kind of hotels. Shocking!!!
Yes they compensated with a complimentary breakfast which was good but still the service was bad. They sent the cleaner and by the time she came we were already sleeping. And she did not speak any English … very disappointed

UUsuario invitadoLa relación precio/rendimiento es buena. Las habitaciones son limpias y modernas. El personal de servicio del hotel es muy amable y entusiasta. Hay muchas tiendas en los alrededores. Está a poco más de un kilómetro de Princes Street, que Es muy conveniente. Aunque no hay muchos tipos de desayuno el sabor es muy bueno.El hotel es muy atento al trabajo.Es un muy buen hotel joven.

En el momento de la entrada, fue un poco embarazoso, a diferencia de la información anunciada en la casilla clave, así que pude obtener ayuda del personal, pero fue un poco inmovilizado.
