Premier Inn Southampton (Eastleigh)

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Darren and Morgan at reception were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel seems to be doing some refurbishing but there was no noise or distribution, yet the staff still made sure we were enjoying our stay. The room was super clean as well, which is something I always make sure of when staying at a hotel. Justine was incredibly energetic and cheerful, such a lovely way to start the day. Our stay was great, customer service was exceptional and the staff all together made sure that it was. Will definitely see us again.

Really lovely stay recently to celebrate a friend’s Birthday, Justine really went the extra mile to help make the trip fantastic! Lovely clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast, and the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back :)

Just an overnight stay meeting old work colleagues in the adjacent Table Table restaurant. Good, clean, quiet and comfortable double room. Good food and service at dinner in Table table (table of ten adults). Relaxed breakfast (thank you Liz).

Check and out, room fantastic. Great sleep. Breakfast good. Restaurant at dinner time a disaster. Food order checked more than 3 times by 2 different staff. Each of us got meal at different times, even sides were at different time so we had one part eaten befode next part of the dinner arrived. One of our party waited 1hr 15mins or more for a fish and chip while rest of us had finished eating a half hour before. One lady did resolve it all and she worked her socks off the 2 nights we ate there, cannot say same for the rest of the younger staff. We conplained and were told Manager would be got to speak to us but they did not come out. We were given a 25% discount but that does not solve the issues this restaurant has. This was the 2nd night in the restaurant and the 1st night ( Bar man gave wrong drink order x 2.) was also a fiasco but not compared to 2nd night.

When we booked in with Justine & Pat they were extremely friendly & welcoming, nothing was to much trouble, infact Justine helped me with 2 out of 4 cases because I have a disabled son in a wheelchair. We have already booked for our next visit early next year.

Worst restaurant staff and chef ever encountered. Arrived an hour early for drinks and not allowed to go to our table even though restaurant empty!! When we did get our food it was cold and both my wife and I had to return our steaks only for them to be returned on one cold plate and not much better. No clue! Service slow and awful.

Although the Hotel is tired and a little dated the amazing staff and customer service is exceptional . I was greeted by a lovely man at reception after my flight was cancelled. In the morning my Taxi didn’t turn up and the exceptional Justin Marsh Manager, took me back to the airport to catch my flight in the morning. Premier Lodge you should be so proud to have such dedicated and professional member of your staff with the main focus on customer care, a rare delight in this world today. Tracey

Clean, friendly hosts at reception and food was ok. Loved the Nutella pancake option just great after a hangover. Always found Assistance yo anything we asked especially for directions and placed to visit. Like the badges with the flags of where thd person is from... next to names I think it's original

Outstanding service from pat on reception. When there is a problem you can count on pat to sort it. Quickly and with no messing around. Outstanding and would recommend this hotel for the service and team effort. I have been coming to this hotel for about 2 years and the service., food and overall experience is exceptional.
