The New England

A lovely stay at this B&B. Great location, very clean with good facilities. We felt very looked after by Audrey and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend this B&B and hope to be back ...................................

Myself and my partner stayed at The New England overnight as we had arranged to go out with my daughter and granddaughters for a birthday meal in the evening. As soon as we walked into the guest house we were greeted with a smile by Audrey. The whole place was immaculately kept and very clean, including our room. The en-suite bathroom was also exceptionally clean with beautiful fluffy towels. Breakfast was great, very tasty. All the staff were cheerful and friendly. Unfortunately, my partner had felt unwell when he got up in the morning and couldn't eat breakfast. Audrey was so kind and said there was no rush to leave which meant he could take his time getting ready to go. We left late morning. If we stay in Eastbourne again in the future we will certainly go back.

We have just returned from the New England guest house. We have stayed in many Hotels and guest houses over the years, but we have never stayed in one so impeccably clean and comfortable. Andri our host welcomed us on arrival and helped to make our stay outstanding. We highly recommend the New England should you wish to stay in Eastbourne for a few days. Oh, and I forgot to mention the excellent breakfast. We are already planning our next visit.

This was the perfect place to stay and we hate that we aren't staying longer. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The view is beautiful. We stayed in the family room and it could not have been more perfect. The staff are excellent. We left after a wonderful, full english breakfast. Loved this hotel!

What a charming little establishment. Looking for a quaint place to stay in Eastbourne, you are going to be hard pressed to go past The New England. Welcomed by Adri we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. There was nothing left undone to ensure that our stay met our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable, while some might find it a bit small, it met our needs nicely. Breakfast each morning set us up well for the day of adventuring that lay ahead. Just don’t be in a hurry to get away early as the breakfast experience is another opportunity where Adri is determined to have all guests satisfied. While street parking may be a little inconvenient there are plenty of spaces available nearby. It is worth noting that there a number of local eating places within walking distance for dinner in the evening

Well what can I say? Everything was absolutely fantastic. Me and my family experienced the warmest welcome from the manager, who was ever so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautifully arranged and clean with a stunning dining room. Our room was flawless, warm and cosy. And my goodness, what a crackin breakfast! Would highly recommend.
