Terrible experience! The rooms were creepy, but they changed them after I complained. The pillows were dirty, but they replaced them after I complained again. On Sunday evening, there was no food because all the employees were on leave. After more complaints, they finally made rice, dal, and boiled eggs. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

A decent place with very good facilities, maintained well n clean. Staff responds well. Food is good , have great varieties, served hot n fresh. One of the very good stays in cherrapunjee. Can choose this stay with no hesitation, nothing to worry about

Lodge is a wrong name for this property, this is more of a resort with luxurious property and hospitality.We went there as a group of 4 females and they made us feel warmth and comfort. We went there with least expectation but we are glad that we are proven wrong.
