Came here for dinner with the family. Absolutely loved the food and drinks. I had a pizza and it was great! It had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it’s fab and will definitely return!

Stayed for a Valentines Special night Everything was excellent room.clean & well presented & comfy bed Evening meal was superb from starter to main with a nice house wine Would definitely stay again. Shane & his team worked made sure the whole evening was special & enjoyable

You definitely experience the best at The Nest! We have been to The Nest several times now, my husband and I just love it. It is owned by a lovely family who are extremely welcoming & friendly. Always has a great atmosphere, love their music and is very cosy. I am gluten free and near enough all of the menu is gluten free, so for me this is paradise. We also love their lunch deal menu where you can have two courses for £17 or three courses for £22, such a great value. We visited last Sunday with our family for a Sunday Roast, absolutely delicious, we all said that it is the best roast that we have had in years. Myself being gluten free could even have the roast dinner. (The big bonus was that I could have the gravy, sausage & apricot stuffing, cauliflower cheese as it was all gluten free, I also received a gluten free Yorkshire pudding). To finish I had the homemade raspberry & lemon-curd cheese (all gluten free), absolutely delicious. We will be back very soon, hopefully we will attend their new monthly taste the world night in March (French night) as it sounds wonderful! Thank you to all the staff at The Nest.

Well people …. I’m not an ‘A’ lister (not even a ‘C’) … but I’ve travelled the world many times over and know a good eatery when l find one !! Trust me when l say the The Nest is Petersfield’s best kept secret - l took my mother and some friends for lunch today and what a treat we all had. The place has a very relaxed yet sophisticated feel about it, the staff are all exceptional and made everybody feel very comfortable. The menu was excellent whatever your taste in cuisine maybe…… the quality of all the food was exceptional and the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our two course light lunch with drinks for less than £100 !! ….. Will we be back ? …… You bet we will !!

We are so glad we have The Nest as a nearby restaurant and pub, we are always made very welcome by the friendly welcoming hosts. It is a pleasure to eat high quality local produce cooked with skill and such attention to detail in a lovely quiet country setting.Great food with nice people.

FANTASTIC PEOPLE AND FOOD!! Cannot recommend enough. The staff are excellent and were very attentive. it's a family who run it and they were awesome, they remembered our drinks orders every night and even had a beer waiting for me in the evenings. The whole place is very clean, even the public toilets, which you never find these days. It busy when we decided to have dinner yet not 1 table had any mess on it. The food was second to none, and so much to choose from! Clearly the fact their restaurant was so busy shows how great this place is. We will 100% be returning

I have not stayed at this establishment and after watching payment day on FOUR IN A BED on Friday 14 February 25 I certainly wouldn’t want to and if anyone is thinking of please think twice. The owner and the daughter ( who professed to have experience in 5• properties 🙄)do not make for a good combination within the hospitality industry. Obnoxious is an understatement and because things weren’t going his way on payment day he had the audacity to spit - seriously !!! Why do the producers of this programme give this man airtime . Both he and the daughter exit stage left from the hospitality industry - unbelievable!

What a disgusting vile man. To spit at someone's payment on four in a bed. Vile. Who does he and his daughter think they are. Man seemed really ignorant. Would never go near the place. Underpaid everyone to win, so glad they didn't. No way could these people have any friends or return guests.

We visited the nest and took friends with us, the food was amazing and service great, as we have come to know. GF and dairy free catered for and nothing is a problem for the staff. All dishes explained and cooked perfectly and we will be back soon. Thanks.
