This home is in the foothills of the beautiful Black Hills, where prairie meets mountains. We built it on a cliff, with a spectacular view of the valley below and the Black Hills. It has log siding, with subtle stone trim, and sits on 7+ acres, overlooking the beautiful Black Hills. Our home is licensed and inspected by the state of South Dakota as a legitimate vacation rental. The wraparound porch invites quality time in the fresh air of the Hills with sunrise and sunset views. While the mountain air cools the house comfortably, central air conditioning is available for those rare hot days; as well as a furnace, should the temp be just a bit too cool. Offering 2 bedrooms, plus a loft this home provides plenty of personal and communal space for up to 6 folks. The full kitchen and laundry room round out the home. New carpet was installed in 2019. A garage is included for your vehicle, whether it's 4 wheeled or 2 with plenty of extra parking. Our rate is based upon 4 occupants.
