Situated in East Albury, the home is a leisurely 15 minute stroll down the bike track to Albury CBD.
The home is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker. Enjoy a variety of books and board games to use during your stay.
The newly installed kitchen has a free standing Westinghouse oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is evaporative cooling throughout, gas heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Enjoy two newly renovated bathrooms, complete with a fluted bath and brand new laundry facilities.
The property has three generous sunlit bedrooms with wardrobes in each. With views of the hockey fields, the front bedrooms consist of a queen bed and two king singles. The third bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the backyard.
The property is in close proximity to Albury Base Hospital, Cancer Centre and the sports district with the Les O’Brien Athletics Precinct, hockey fields and Lauren Jackson Sports Centre within arm’s reach.
Around the corner you’ll find an authentic Italian eatery with indoor/outdoor dining. Soccer tournament stay
This place made up for being outdoors in the drizzle at soccer tournaments over the Kings long weekend. Having to come to a nice toasty warm place and hot showers made our stay most memorable. Restaurants not far, and IGA around the block with a couple more eatery places around the block. Nice and quiet and park views. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location
This property was so comfortable. We cooked most nights, but also had a lovely bistro just around the corner, next to the IGA. Also walking distance to the sport facilities. Hosts went out of their way to meet our needs. Very comfortable and great location.
