Lack of basic amenities. No toilet exhaust fan, no geyser to heat the water during the winter, no toilet paper, no bath soap, and no bath towel are provided. The washbasin is dry no water in there to wash hands i advise not to stay with family.

the stay was pleasant. room was clean. they allowed me to check in 2+ hours before their official checkin time. they provided 2 water bottles. the hot water in washroom comes from 5 in the morning up to 7 30 am approximately. overall, it was worth the stay as i paid- for this room. if you need a good auto driver,

Average hotel. Used water bottles are refilled & given in rooms for drinking water. Problem of cockroach inside cupboards, killed with spray when we asked for change of room.

I booked this hotel on the peak season day (26 dec) and i paid three times the price i believe this hotel deserves. Cons: - no hot water, when asked at 8 am the person at reception is saying that ok thers have already used the hot water and the tank is empty now. Next it will be available at around 12 pm. - not towels. - no soap or other toiletries. I have to call the reception and then he provided soaps for hand wash. Even the mug was broken. - rude behaviour of the person at the recption. The behavior of the person is like, "jo hai yahi hai lena hai toh le nah i toh nikal le. - no restaurant. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. They have paired up with a restaurant about 500m away from the hotel. You can make a call and they will deliver food. However, i called at 9:30 am for breakfast and they said sorry breakfast is over. Pros- - even though the behaviour was rude, he still managed to provide me a room for early check-in at the time of rush. - bed was comfortable to sleep.

Proper hygiene should be maintained. Drinking water was given used disposable bottles. Lots of mosquitoes inside the room

Customer service good. Cleanliness is very good
