Water not available on time, wifi not working, tv not there, every-time we make call for water supply

First, they allocated a room, and after a few hours, water dripping from ac started. They change the room after insisting. Lots of cockroase in the room and at night mosquitoes. I can't sleep the whole night. The en-tier hotel is unhygienic. Strictly no no to this hotel.

It was the worst hotel. The rooms were not good at all, bathrooms were pathetic and when i complained to the staff they were just making reasons and the lift was not working

Booked for 5 nights, the room was not available gave me suit but that was not cleaned, no toiletries, no clean towel, bed was not cleaned. Only good thing was they agrees to cancel my booking without charging any additional amount. The room worth 1200 1300 max not a penny more but during peak days they charge including tax which is too much

Overpriced property, there was not good experience as per price has been taken, property is like 2 star, even got basic amenities like towel and soap when reminded to them. Bed sheet, pillow cover were dirty and not changed by default, when asked 02 times then changed. Water filled in bottle and served when asked for it. It is pathetic experience.
