Henri Hotel Düsseldorf Downtown

I am absolutely delighted with my stay here. The room is lovely and quite large with a comfy bed. (I like a firmer bed, so do with that what you will.) The bathroom is spacious and well-stocked with a great shower. The staff have also been very helpful and friendly. The first night I was here, my TV remote wasn’t working. I wasn’t even bothered by it, but I figured I’d let them know instead of leaving something broken for the next guest. I even let the person know it was not an emergency, and he didn’t have to prioritize it. Within minutes, he was up to my room with a working remote when I’m sure he had better things to do. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a super short train ride from the airport and to downtown. It seems like pretty much every train or tram stops here, so it’s easy to zip into town. You’re also close enough to walk into town if you wish. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk at a leisurely pace. Because I was here during the Euro Cup, I was glad to have a little distance between the mayhem and me. What amazes me is how quiet the hotel is. There are literally train tracks outside of my window, but as long as I have the windows shut, I hear nothing. (There’s a/c.) I also don’t hear anything from inside the hotel - no other guests or staff - so I slept like a baby. This was SO important to me because I had just come from a very sleep-deprived trip in Greece where the hotel was extremely loud. The sleep I got here restored me! I really have nothing negative to say. I loved my stay and would 100% come back!

Really impressed with this hotel. Very convenient location, nowhere is more than 10-20 mins away, lots of places are walking distance. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was continental (scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fruit and pastries and bread) but was plentiful so you would not leave hungry. Would recommend this hotel

We had a great stay at Henri hotel. We booked a Large studio and stayed for one night. The large studio was plenty of space for 2 people and realistically could have had a smaller room but we appreciated the space. Body and hand wash provided which we really like the scent of. Other amenities available at reception for a small fee. Air conditioned which was very much appreciated as we stayed during summer. Very close walk to multiple forms of public transport and only 1 stop on the S from Düsseldorf main station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also very yummy - fresh and good quality options. We got it as part of our booking otherwise it may be a bit expensive - depending how much you eat.

Coming to Düsseldorf a couple of times each year, we wanted something new to discover, and we picked Henri Hotel. Public parking(s) nearby, Tram and bus practically when going outside the hotel. Very warm welcome! The Room was great, good size, clean and awesome furniture/decorations (The Red Phone!). Bed was nice and comfortable. Good isolation , so no noises from street or barely. The Breakfast is to be recommanded, I mentioned on the reservation booking, I have lactose intolerance and I got seperate things upon telling my name and roomnumber. Was very fresh and tasted awesome. My partner enjoyed the rest of available items, with nice choice of local products. Very friendly staff too, and the nice retrostyle makes it very unique, we will come back in the future.

Leider war der Empfang der Dame um 23:30 überhaupt nicht freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie musste den Tagesabschluss zuerst erledigen und das dauert mindestens 5 Minuten ohne sich zu entschuldigen hat sie uns nach einem langen Tag einfach warten lassen!!! Das Motto sollte doch sein „Der Kunde ist König“

Een nachtje slechts. Super ontvangst, fijne kamer, heerlijk bed, lekker en erg uitgebreid ontbijt. Enige puntje was dat alle verwarmingen aanstonden en dat duurde even voordat het wat afkoelde. Op paar honderd meter een parkeergarage. Restaurants op loopafstand. Net buiten hartje centrum maar lekker rustig en op loopafstand dus Betrokken staf! Aanrader!!

Ich habe 4 Nächte im Henri Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, kurze Fußwege zu S-Bahn und U-Bahn. Mit der S-Bahn direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer lag zu einer stark befahrenen Straße und U-Bahn, aber aufgrund guter Fenster keine Lärmbelästigung. Ausreichend großes Einzelzimmer (Studio), Parkettboden, Dusche-WC getrennt, gutes Bett, Klimaanlage, SAT-TV und Minibar (ungefüllt) vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf. De auto kon vlakbij worden geparkeerd (nog geen 5 minuten lopen) en de inrichting van het hotel was echt met oog voor design. We hebben genoten van de service het lekkere ontbijt en het belangrijkste : de kamers waren schoon en top top in orde

Voor een bezoek aan de kerstmarkt een overnachting bij hotel Henri geboekt. We hadden een mooie, ruime kamer die brandschoon was en het matras lag heerlijk. Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, waar je met 10 minuten lopen bent. Het ontbijt was lekker en er was volop keuze. Kortom een aanrader voor als je in Dusseldorf bent.
