"It is my worst stay at any hotel ever!!. It was an initial stop( one night stay ) after long flight + the hotel is 50 minutes away from the airport . I sent email about my early check in 2 days ahead of my arrival day . It is said I have to pay for early check in at 11:00 am half night price . The lady at front desk and her supervisor was making all excuses u can imagine not to check in early claiming there is no room availability !!although there is a guy checked out at my first arrival time at 11:00 am.I came multiple times at 12-13:00 - 13:45- 14:48 she and her supervisor said we were not notified by house keeper any room ready !! Ur check in time at 15:00 and 12 minutes left !!! I told them I visited several places in the world . They are flexible as good hospitality .I regret that I am hiring this bad hotel and it is not up to any international standards and It is so surprising that it belongs to IHG group . I will escalate it to its management ..I was sick and tired at my arrival and I told them … in terms of hospitality , it is 0/10!!!"

"I was the President and CEO of 2 startup companies in the United States. I had to travel, almost every week at one point over my 40 year career. I stayed in low-end budget hotels when we were just starting out and moved up in comfort as our company became successful. I think the Nava Star hotel will be one of my favorites. As an architectural student almost 50 years ago, the first thing I notice are buildings. What a spectacular design, standing out among the more vanilla buildings along the boardwalk. The room was also well appointed, simple yet really comfortable. Totally Relaxing facing the sea! Now let me share why this will be one of my favorites. First, I stubbed my toe and it was bleeding quite a lot. A waiter came up with the first aid kit. They immediately sent up the Housekeeping Manager and one of her colleagues to clean up the room. That is real service, particularly when you are unexpectedly hurt. The second reason, again, was Nava Sta service. I left a shirt and hoodie in the closet when I checked out. And, I was already at the airport hotel, leaving early the next morning. I called the hotel, they found the articles and sent them up via taxi, the next time someone was going to the Airport. You go on vacation to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I am not sure I thought about it before, how important going the extra mile when you have an accident, or leave something behind. They checked all the boxes and more, I highly recommend the hotel and their staff. What a great place to relax and enjoy the sea! I would definitely go back (and hopefully it will be less eventful :) Jim"
