Good hotel to stay staff behaviour also good.neat and clean but drawback is that toilet flush broken. and water cooler for cold water is not there u have to purchase bottle for that.bed mattress not too comfortable for sleep it's average.

very rude behaviour by one of their staff, I was with my partner otherwise I would have made sure that he should not go from there by properly walking on his own feet, I would have stayed there with my male friends or alone then I would have made sure that what he had to go through for such behaviour, and also ready to manage the police case, wifi was not working, tv not working, ac cooling very bad, for all 3 days it was running in 16°c then also very bad cooling we never switched off the ac then also we had to use the fan very bad cooling

the location is good, receptionist was good, behaviour was good. the only problem is they not provided tea before 8 am and after 8 pm . if some guest come to meet. you can not offer a tea him. because hote not provid. so my suggestion is minimum tea should be there every time.

I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property
very first thing is the behavior of hotel staff including the persons in reception , which is very ill mannered. talking about the cleanliness , one will see cockroaches , burnt bedsheets , pathetic blankets and wet bathroom floors while they hand you the key ! The people sitting in reception area specially the female staff doesn't know how to greet and talk to people coming to stay or book the room . I have had the worst experience with staff and cleanliness in my life in this hotel.

Very good service, neat and clean, nice location nearest to railway station, only one negative thing is bedsheet they have so much stains very. Good and comfortable, very good service provided by staff neat and clean room
