Once a convalexcent home, the larger building was sited here to catch the sun, views and fresh air. The property was once the dancehall of the home before converted to a house in the 1960s. Recently renovated this delightful space is now ready for letting. We have installed new heating, a brand new stylish kitchen and sofas. The property comprises a lovely open plan kitchen with dining area adjacent as well as a comfortable and social area for sitting. There are extensive shared landscaped grounds around the lodge indcluding a large drying green and ample parking. If you like kayaking or paddleboarding, the tidal river is right across the road and kayaks or boards can easily be launched when the tide is high. The apartment is recently renovated and can comfortably sleep up to seven persons. The Lodge overlooks the meeting of the waters of the Rivers Echaig and Little Echaig with the Holy Loch and Cowal Hills beyond.
