The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking. The Neighborhood: If you haven't visited Connestee Falls before, plan some time for exploring. Inside the gates are some of the most amazing hiking trails with waterfalls throughout and mountain views in abundance. You have access to the community swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, pickleball, and gym. Bring your fishing rod because Lake Atagahi is a 5 minute walk down the hill where you can cast a line and catch fish. Any of the 4 lakes are available for you to fish. Atagahi Park is a 5 minute drive with an amazing swimming hole and playground for the kids. Bring a basketball and a picnic because Atagahi Park is perfect for the kids! Getting Around: The roads inside the Connestee Falls gates are very well maintained, especially in the winter. We usually receive 1-3 snows per year and the maintenance crew at Connestee Falls is well known for keeping the roads very well salted and plowed.
