«The hotel was pretty alright, with a nice and big size room plus an in room washing machine (sadly, no dryer), it was a good choice. Apart from some improvement needed for checking in/ checking out process, the staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the room upgrade and the late check-out services.»

«Highly recommend! This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service. The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains.. The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds. Also, the hotel provided everything necessary Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling. They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone. They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket. How they are wonderful and thankful. If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again. I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff. Totally never forgetable hotel and staff. God bless forever! Thanks again!!!»

«Hotel is very nice. The location is close to the Shanzhou Night Market and it takes roughly 5-10 Minutes by walking there. In one of the side alleys are hidden gems, namely restaurants that do not appear on Google Maps or Apple Maps. I recommend to explore the surrounding area. Also the hotel is very clean in general, however my room has stains of previous travelers in the rug. I recommend to thoroughly clean it professionally. The staff were excellent and super friendly. Check In was very easy as foreigner and the overall service was very good.»

Si conduce solo, indique el número de matrícula con antelación para facilitar la entrada. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y se utilizan toallas desechables y de baño. El desayuno es muy variado y ofrece café recién molido. Es muy cómodo para viajar, ya que está cerca de todas las atracciones y es muy práctico tomar un taxi. El camarero número 31 es especialmente amable y atento. El agua mineral del vestíbulo es gratuita y hay regalos al pagar, ¡un detalle muy especial! ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!»

Ahora parece que no hay nada de qué quejarse, salvo que la habitación es un poco pequeña y las instalaciones son relativamente antiguas. En la primera planta hay productos culturales y creativos de Dunhuang, ideales para reponer antes de irse, ¡y los sellos son preciosos y completos!»

«This is the best hotel for me. I have been travelling in China for 20 days now. I passed through Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Huangshan, Xi’an and Dunhuang. I felt happy to be at this hotel that I could recommend everyone who comes to Dunhuang could stay here. Staffs and managers were so caring and try very best to solve any problem, any request. When I said goodbye I got a goody bag full of water, juice and souvenirs for my journey. I’m so touched and glad that I stopped here. Location is great, 10-15 minutes to night market and easy to access. Laundry machines are great help. I enjoyed best hospitality, best facilities and best location.»
