剛好住到了一個地暖無法正常使用的房間，本來是一件很糟心的事情，孔經理先是給我們送了果盤，然後孔經理專門來我們房間摸了地板檢查温度，因為衹有雙床了就第二天給我們換的房間，經理親自幫我們把行李搬到了新房間，連我斷了的橡皮筋都給我拿過去了🤣而且把我的桌子上所有的外賣都搬過去了，真的特別貼心，幾百塊錢享受了上千的服務，在此之前我真的不知道全季服務這麼細心，走的時候看到了另一個穿西裝的圓潤一點的經理送一對夫婦，外面温度挺低的，我和我男朋友還在説這家服務也太好了，好的服務體驗真的會讓整趟行程體驗變得更好，非常感謝孔經理我還專門去問了他的名字！

第一次入住全季酒店，真的太喜歡了。酒店房大設施新，盡顯無印風。日式馬桶，大冲淋花灑頭，又有日式精致茶飲。自助免費洗衣房，全新設施一應俱全，特別感謝負責洗衣房員工，她不但幫助設置洗衣乾衣功能還熱心在衣服洗好後折疊裝袋，這些並決對是份外工作呀。酒店前台員工也是熱情有禮，很nice!

吃了4天早餐衹能説全季老闆太會省了

本來可以給全五分的，無奈退房那天早上早餐發現方包變質，這是個大問題。找餐廳服務人員反饋，對方表示可以去重新換一片。呵呵～後提出希望看一下方包保質期，另外一位服務員磨磨蹭蹭的去方包櫃子下面那裡打開抽屜，不知道倒騰了啥，又跑去餐廳裏面拿了一包全新的給我，告訴我保質期是九個月的，沒過期。
總結，住房是完全ok的，衹要不用餐。實在要用餐也就喝杯酸奶咖啡吃個牛肉麪好了吧。

春節漲價了，按這個價格來説，性價比還行。
這個全季酒店最突出的特點就是他在敦煌市中心的市中心，離沙洲夜市走路可能5分鐘，對面就是沙州市政府唯一的不好，就他門口不能停車，如果要打車。最好是直接打到旁邊的漢庭酒店門口，漢庭酒店和全季酒店是貫通的，從哪邊進都可以。
酒店的房間不大，衞生間比較狹窄，不過佈局還算合理。房間衞生乾淨，床鋪舒服，服務還算不錯，有洗衣房和健身房。早餐味道一般，不過還是可以試試。

衞生：沒發現衞生死角；
設施：基礎設施完善；
環境：地理位置不錯，出去覓食便捷和遛彎都很便捷；房間內部有點擠；
服務：前台小姐姐服務蠻好也熱情；加錢買早餐不是非常必要，餐廳賣餛飩的阿姨心情好像很不好，建議休息好了再來上班。
