This hotel was impeccably clean! The beds looked brand new to me. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were so quiet, I could barely hear anything happening outside my room, even though I was facing the street. There are so many food options available around, since it's located basically in the city center. My only comlaint is that the air conditioning wasn't working, even after the staff assured me they had fixed it on my second day. It was quite hot in the room, even with the window open.

This is by far the best hotel we ever stayed during trip to Gansu. Excellent service from the staffs. There are 4 sets of complimentary commercial washers and dryers for guests to use. The hotel is thoughtful enough to station a staff to assist with washing/drying guests' laundry during peak laundry hour (usually in the evening). Staff will assist to move laundry out from washer/dryer once done to ensure all guests will a chance to get their laundry done.
The hotel is located in the city center. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

由於在敦煌要住5晚，前台一位焦先生特別幫忙升級了房間，並挑選了一間寬敞安靜的，房間温馨雅緻，為敦煌之行添彩。
酒店位置非常好離反彈琵琶廣場很近，隔壁是必勝客，離飛天夜市步行6分鐘。推薦入住。

全季的位置很好，離夜市很近，房間的設施、裝修都很新，房間衞生也比較乾淨。還提供加濕器，來敦煌不開加濕器會非常難受。公區有洗衣房，有4台洗衣機、4台烘乾機，晚上和早上是洗衣高峯期，如果要洗衣服的話建議錯開這兩個時間段。早飯種類不多，但是口味也還好。來敦煌覺得最好玩的就是去雅丹魔鬼城開卡丁車看日落，其次就是在鳴沙山看日落了😃

位置優越 離夜市很近 步行10分鐘左右 去莫高窟和鳴沙山都很方便 客房乾淨衞生 每天都有打掃 早餐豐盛 還使用了2樓的洗衣房 太方便了 另外 每一位員工都非常熱情主動

地理位置無敵，在市政府對面，步行幾分鐘可至美食街和沙洲夜市，周圍餐飲豐富，吃不慣當地飲食的可步行至周圍的小食侯湘，味道不錯。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，洗澡水壓力和温度都很好，房間隔音不錯。前台熱情周到專業，對我們諮詢的飲食都耐心解答介紹。早餐一如既往地優秀，強烈推薦！

在酒店發生了一次事故。當時萬一遇到任何緊急情況，我們逃都逃不出去。
入住當天剛要開門出去吃飯就被反鎖在房間裏了，鏈條卡住無法打開，並且我們進門之後並沒有自己給房間鏈條上鎖。多次按了鏈條鎖開關都不行就打電話給客房服務，來了之後客房服務直接把責任怪到我們身上，説我們鎖上了不要直接開門，要先把鏈條鬆開才能開門，不然鏈條會卡住，問題是我們根本沒有動過那個鏈條鎖。然後他又改説辭，説“我們這個房門安全係數很高的，關門就會自動上鎖”。這不是我第一次住全季酒店，從來沒有遇到過自動會上鎖的鏈條鎖，根本就是瞎扯，為了推卸責任。客房服務的人上來之後也無法幫我們開門，後來用螺絲刀把鎖拆了才放我們出去。事情結束之後我們去前台提出對於這件事情的訴求，前台説他沒有權限，要上報給領導，第二天給我們答覆。結果直到退房離開也沒有收到任何酒店給我們的回覆。
服務質量實在是太差，勸大家慎重選擇這家門店。
