The hotel is located in the center of Dunhuang, adjacent to Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market, surrounded by trees and a quiet and pleasant environment. The geographical location is very superior and the transportation is convenient. It is about 20 minutes' drive from Dunhuang Railway Station, about 22 minutes' drive from Dunhuang Airport, about 13 minutes' drive from Mingsha Mountain Crescent Lake, and about 35 minutes' drive from Mogao Grottoes Scenic Area. The hotel has a total of many guest rooms, including exclusive art boutique suites, Grand Hyatt Happy Family Suites, parent-child rooms, single rooms, and standard rooms; it can meet the accommodation needs of all kinds of tourists. The 420 m Chinese and Western Sunshine Buffet Restaurant on the 9th floor can accommodate 200 people for dinner at the same time. The hotel is well located in city center and provides complimentary pick up/drop off service from train station. There is a direct bus which goes to mogao caves right in front the hotel- making self transport a breeze. Room is spacious and nicely designed with a large bath tub.
Apart from the hotel hardware, what really stood out was the extra mile services offered by the staff. There are 2 staff who really shine.
Firstly, Ms tong tong （彤彤）was very patient in explaining all the touristy sites around and how to get there. She helped us book performance tickets so we could enjoy some discounts. When we enquired about transfer to liu yuan, she not only checked for all the information online for us but also personally went to the bus station to find a driver who goes to liuyuan. We're so impressed with her extra mile service!! Really kudos to her great personality and service.
Next staff to mention is Mr li (李师傅）who picked us up at the train station. He suggested some dining places to us and offered to drop us off at mogao caves when we bumped into him at the hotel lobby.
Overall, highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Newly renovated hotel, very convenient location just opposite the night market;
Extremely friendly staff from reception who helped us to book tickets for the caves to the cleaning lady being very nice. Manager Li did a great job!

This is my second review of Silk Road YiJun Hotel—and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to stay in Dunhuang.
I initially booked a desert campsite for my last night but canceled upon arrival as it didn’t meet expectations. Needing a reliable solution, I returned to Silk Road YiJun, where the incredible **Xiaxia (小夏)** once again went above and beyond. Without hesitation, she researched alternatives and presented thoughtful options tailored to my needs. However, after my earlier booking disappointment, I chose to spend another night at the hotel—a decision I’m so glad I made!
My new room was even better than the first, and the entire staff remained consistently warm and professional. **But Xiaxia truly stands out—her proactive kindness and problem-solving skills are unmatched!**
If I return to Dunhuang, I’ll stay here without hesitation, thanks largely to her outstanding service.

这次安排的房间比之前更舒适，全体员工依旧热情专业。**但小夏的表现尤为耀眼——她主动解决问题的能力和真诚的待客态度，堪称行业典范！**
若再来敦煌，我一定会毫不犹豫选择这里，而小夏的存在正是重要原因。

出發之前預訂了絲路怡君酒店，沒想到真正體驗到了賓至如歸的感覺！首先位置極佳，就在敦煌夜市的對面，而且位居市中心，鳴沙山3路車直達，非常方便！再就是房間智能輕奢，提供了温馨的休息環境！酒店還提供免費接站，非常方便！接站的吳師傅、送站的李師傅熱情服務，前台的工作人員專業敬業、熱情好客，這一切都給我們的敦煌之旅留下美好的回憶！酒店送的小禮物也很精緻特別，一切都很美好👍，強烈推薦去敦煌商務旅遊的朋友入住絲路怡君酒店，絕對給你美好的旅遊體驗！順便告訴你，酒店的早餐和陽光餐廳也很棒👍

房間特別明亮寬敞，裝修中式風格，大氣，浴室很大，有大浴缸，小朋友泡澡很開心。房間設備智能。絕對五星級。早餐很豐富，都挺好吃的，特別是牛肉拉麪和荷包蛋。打掃十分乾淨酒店位置極佳，對面就是沙洲夜市，晚上熱鬧非凡。還有班車去鳴沙山十分便捷。前台鄭文晶小姐姐熱情介紹景點，告訴我們便捷的出行方式，幫忙安排接送機服務。接送機都是李瑕師傅，李師傅熱情好客，幫我們推薦的餐廳好吃不貴，第一天聽到孩子説杏皮水，就給他買了3罐，送機時他還個人送我們當地的餅，好多個，外脆裏酥很香。真的有被他感動到。交談中得知他是一位老黨員，感覺真誠大氣。以後有機會還會選擇絲路怡君。

酒店位置極好，位於市中心繁華熱鬧的夜市對面，出門兩分鐘就可享受美食。到鳴山沙和莫高窟也非常便捷，駕車或打車都是十來分鐘。房間很寬敞，乾淨整潔雅緻，設施很新且性能良好，空調製冷效果好。衞生間很大，乾濕分離，還是雙台盆，兩人同時使用很方便。前台小代美女服務熱情周到，辦理入住十分快捷，還給了免費停車券，住了一晚後還做了暖心回訪，聽取意見。早餐中規中矩，有一個很大的觀景露台比較驚艷，邊吃早餐邊觀賞敦煌市容，還能遠眺鳴山沙。

房間寬大，説話有迴音。環境不錯，夜市就在馬路對面，吃喝方便。早餐廳尤其贊，九樓，選擇室外，邊吃早飯邊極目遠望，敦煌市區，遠處的沙山，光伏電廠的光稜發電塔，盡收眼底，實在讓人驚艷。非常值得享受一下。

酒店出門太方便了，門口就是沙洲夜市，買東西也很方便，早餐沒啥特色，基本都是冷菜。
服務真的需要提升一下，停車場每次出去都要叫半天才抬桿
我們開始定了兩晚，後面因為高反要提前到敦煌，又定了兩晚，到酒店冰箱裏面有飲料跟兩小袋餅乾，第三天下午叫前台再送兩袋餅乾就不願意了，説是什麼歡迎禮遇，但是我們兩個訂單一共四晚，兩袋餅乾也不是什麼大問題吧，雖然後面有送，但是已經沒有好感了
