¡Este hotel está en una gran ubicación! Está justo al lado de la estación de tren y frente al barco Discovery. Las habitaciones son limpias, modernas y tranquilas. La ducha tiene una gran presión de agua y las almohadas de las camas son muy cómodas. Además, el wifi era bueno. El hervidor de agua y los tés y cafés gratuitos no eran nada del otro mundo y cuando usas la ducha, obtienes agua por todas partes y empapas el piso por completo porque no hay puerta para cerrar, solo una pared de medio vidrio. Sin embargo, esto no fue realmente un gran problema, y realmente me gustó quedarme aquí y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y definitivamente regresaría.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time, staff were friendly & helpful, room was clean & the bed was so comfy. I had the bonus of a room with a view, which was a lovely view of the River Tay. The location is excellent, less than 10mins to the centre of Dundee, which is a big bonus, very accessible. Only ate one meal at the restaurant & that was good. Spent a couple of hours in the bar with friends & my only complaint was we had to ask for a table to be cleared, there might have been a slight lack of bar/resturant staff.

Lamentablemente, hemos elegido un estancia de 2 noches durante la tormenta 'Bert', lo que significa que decidimos permanecer en el hotel durante el segundo día, pero eso no fue difícil, ya que pasamos nuestro tiempo nadar en la hermosa piscina y tener café y escons en el hotel. Lounge. La cena y el desayuno fueron deliciosos como siempre y nos reunimos con varios locales que optaron por comer allí, por lo que debe ser una buena aprobación. ¡Estilo de tienda antiguo! La cafetería de la planta baja es muy cálida y muy local ... la habitación es un poco más pequeña pero la ubicación es muy buena ... el hardware de la recepción está generalmente bien ... el precio es alto

La ubicación era perfecta, nuestra habitación era excelente y muy cómoda, el personal era muy útil y amable, el desayuno era abundante con una buena elección de comida.

Qué mejor forma de acabar el día que con una bebida en el bar o lounge.La recepción tiene un horario limitado.Mantén el contacto con los tuyos gracias a la la conexión wifi gratis. El cuarto de baño está provisto de ducha. Entre las comodidades, se incluyen cafetera y tetera, además de un servicio de limpieza disponible todos los días.

Stayed here for 5 nights with work and have to say I’ve had an amazing stay, mostly due to the excellent staff and in particular a gentleman called Bill. He was efficient, polite, professional, worked with a smile and a credit to the company in every way possible. Nothing was too much hassle for him and when waiting to be attended to I watched how he interacted with guests checking in/out and his level of professionalism was outstanding. Even at the end of what I imagine was a long shift he still had the same enthusiasm for making the guests feel special as he did at the start of his shift. He’s definitely in the right job and should be rewarded for his exceptional people skills which no doubt result in repeat business for the hotel.

Great experience from checking to checking out. Hotel very clean and staff very professional could not fault the place what's so ever. Definitely be booking again for me and my family. Restaurant next to hotel does a great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Arrived early and though our rooms weren't ready for early check in Jada who is the manager and was working reception let us leave our bags so we could go out and explore the area. On our return we were met at reception by Kenny who booked us a table in the restaurant and was very courteous. On arrival at the restaurant we were asked about allergies and I have allergies to spices so I mentioned that I'd need to know if food had chilli etc in it. We were then seated by Nikki and were waited on by herself and Kevin. Even the smallest details were paid attention to, they even changed my cutlery in case of cross contamination and I was asked about barbeque sauce which was put on the side rather than on the chicken with my agreement. Both Nikki and Kevin were very attentive and the food was excellent. I will certainly not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
