Very new hotel with comfortable beds and nice decor. Hotel was situated right beside the shopping street with plenty of good food and shopping. Also v near to the famous Dujiangyan irrigation dam and Lidui train station.

不愉快的住宿體驗，定了兩間，主要問題出在庭院湯池4人間，大部分想説的話已經在另一條評論説過就不贅述了。
這個庭院套房的問題是圖片和實際不太相符，圖片上窗户很大，採光很好，實際上我們住過的318和315，窗户都很小，沒太陽的時候採光很差。目測最多有兩個房間有圖片的大窗户。我們在前台辦理入住的時候也有一對情侶反應房間與圖片不符希望換房的情況。
我兩條評論和追評全部如實描述，上條酒店回覆中依然在胡説八道，什麼“給您提供了房間但是您不要還要再等等”，什麼“我們已經同意您母親換房”之類的，如果你們真的這樣做了，我不會這麼生氣。而且如果你們不狡辯，這個房間我還考慮給個4分，但現在給箇中評已是勉強。
我在此特授權你們如果有這些對話完整監控和錄音，可以直接把我在d音或小紅薯等相關平台掛出來以證清白，如果不是，就好好收下這兩個中差評，捱打就要立正，做好衞生，培訓好員工，不要找藉口再狡辯了。

好久沒有遇到讓我表達欲這麼爆棚的酒店了，我儘量挑重點吐槽。
優點：院子漂亮，在都江堰景區酒店裡品味上成，很吸引人，但於我而言優點真的衹有這一點。
吐槽：1）此行為家庭出行，四老兩大一小，定了這個庭院私湯四人間➕庭院套房。在此提醒想要定4人間的朋友，這個四人間雖然標130平，但是並沒有客廳，外門打開客廳的位置就是標間，沒有隔斷，廁所也沒有大門，僅有浴室和廁所的玻璃隔斷，能看到人上廁所和洗澡，沒有私隱。
2）由於是帶長者清明出來踏青遊玩，想要他們舒心盡興，我提前5天主動聯繫酒店，表明需要兩個房間在一起，客服主動提出他們有兩個院子，已經將我們安排在同一個院子了。出行當天上午諮詢客服12點左右能否提前入住，答曰不行，説2點才能入住，ok，我和我老公在2點20左右抵達酒店，前台説我們的房間還需要1-2個小時才能收拾好，問為什麼，説是因為他們節日期間衹有一位保潔，忙不過來，當時就有點火大，因為我們是按酒店給的時間稍晚抵達的，保潔不夠也不是我的問題，這時候前台和經理（大約）出來表示歉意，然後説會優先打掃我們的房間，前台大聲説：先打掃318！由於第一次住不知道房間情況，我跟他確認讓先他打掃4人間，讓長者先住下，他答應着，很忙的樣子，期間又找我確認了一次房間人員姓名，我再次叮囑讓他打掃四人間，過了一個小時318打掃好了，趕緊辦理了入住想先讓父母有個地方休息，結果上去一看，318並不是庭院私湯的四人間，而且也不跟四人間在同一個院子，這個時候，我刷房卡，房卡——滴——刷不開，讓人火大的buff簡直疊滿了，此時連我也壓不住了，沖下樓去跟前台理論了幾句，並再次確認會把我們的房間安排在同一個院子。然後我和我老公出去買東西， 3點50分我母親打來電話，説她們剛辦好入住上來一看發現四人間住起來不方便，大概跟我説了一下情況，想讓我找酒店換一下（其實當時我還不是特別清楚這個四人間有多奇葩，衹是以為標間沒有門）當時電話直接給了酒店經理，她第一反應是讓我把四人間退了再重新下單，當時已經是接近下午4點，我看了一下房價，攜程上的價格還是他們清明漲價後的高價房，在我的質疑和要求下，客服鬆口説去協調一下，但是後來考慮到他們其他的房間都還沒打掃，而且3個房間也不一定能安排在同一個院子，再加上調換後的房間不會有湯池孩子會很失望，再再加上已經4點大家都很累了！！最後沒有換，決定讓我公婆住套房，我和老公帶孩子跟我父母住四人間（當時還不知道廁所沒門！！！真的很尷尬！很不方便！！！）才總算安頓下來。
3）等我4點多買東西回來，發現孩子最期待的湯池並沒有打掃，裏面有塵土和樹葉，並有幾個院子裏的黑石頭，就讓客服喊人來打掃（想着他們不容易，我原話是讓他們騰出手再來打掃），客服答應過後我們就出去溜達了，這時最奇葩的事情發生了——客服讓我別讓寵物在湯池裡排泄（？？？？？）當時説實話我都有點沒反應過來，衹是説了我沒有寵物。但是這件事後麪真的越想越可笑，客服大約是覺得黑石頭有點像狗shi，在沒有自己或者叫保潔來確認的情況下，直接陰陽客人指揮自己的狗在湯池裡拉shi，Excuse me？要不要太離譜，別説我根本沒寵物，就算我有，我是素質有多低讓它憋這麼多shi專門到你們湯池裡麪拉？？？？？這種揣測太惡意了，太讓人下頭了，要是真讓哪個大V遇到這個事掛網上估計能讓你們直接撲街。而且萬一我真的有狗，萬一裏面真是狗shi，豈不是跳進黃河還洗不清，真的是離譜他媽給離譜開門，離譜到家了喂！
整個酒店管理一片混亂，槽點太多了，四人間放兩瓶礦泉水，3雙拖鞋，裡外裏衹有2把椅子，湯池就算打掃完了其實看起來也還是不乾淨（但是孩子太期待了衹能讓他少玩一會），和客服溝通一天了，晚上9點他説他還不知道我到底是哪間的客人，那真是老太太鑽被窩，給爺整笑了😄。而且你説他們態度不好吧，全程態度貌似又很好，貌似很誠懇，但辦的事就是能氣得人不行。
綉花枕頭酒店，再也不會來。

環境分給到5分！裝修非常有品味，前台服務也很好，還給我們免費延遲了一小時，也給我們提供了一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，陽光充斥，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。夜景也無敵！
在雲途酒店，感受到了優質服務與舒適環境的完美結合，真心推薦給來都江堰玩的朋友們。

第二次入住，這次入住體驗很好！酒店服務態度很好，前台小姐姐很熱情！酒店環境很好👌房間設施齊全，乾淨清爽。位置在古街裏面，吃飯逛街都方便，距離各個景區打卡點也非常近[強]辦理入住手續也挺快捷的，全屋智能化值得推薦！

服務很好，加了前台微信，需要什麼微信聯繫，還幫忙買了耳塞都沒收錢，真的很感謝。3樓的庭院很漂亮，如果石板上的印記能清理乾淨就更完美了。庭院上小亭子能看到樓下古城街景，地理位置很方便。希望打掃房間的時候能及時補充洗浴產品。
