Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support.
I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them.
In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper.
Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.
