As for the electronics - there is a DVD player in the living room with a 55 inch Smart TV. All but 1 bedroom have Smart TVs connected to Dish Network! Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home including lots of fun kitchen appliances (Vitamixer, popcorn maker, juicer, salad spinner, crockpot, mini food processor, steamer pots, stock pot, Mr. Coffee pot, Kerig, coffee bean grinder) AND lots of Beach accessories: cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler with wheels, body boards, beach games, etc!!
