Well had dirty towels in our room garbage in baskets which weren't from me, a bed that didn't look like it was changed, and the potatoes Saturday morning were cold and undercooked

This place was absolutely not worth the money, I actually wish I could get it back. It was extremely slow to check in. I didn’t see any staff the whole time I was there besides 1 person that helped us check in. The room smelled so bad like mildew and the carpet felt wet. The room felt dirty and had dead bugs on the carpet. The windows were also unlocked with our room on the ground level so good thing we checked before we went to sleep. Also the door to the room was not even closed when we got there and the door handle was broken. Also the free breakfast was very bad so do not count on that. I do not recommend staying here ever.

Some of the negative reviews must be false or talking about a different place. No extreme upticks in cost. Exceptionally clean. Pleasant staff. My room appeared to have pretty much new everything. Pretty comfortable bed. Decent bedding, quiet AC. Much better than some of the much pricier and “luxury” places I have stayed in.

Pretty average hotel, not the business class hotel of the Carlson Company. I lodged several complaints while there and they were never addressed. I was told via text that management would contact me, never happened. Hotel was full of families staying for baseball tournament. But pool closed at 9:00 pm. Bathroom was dirty. Beds comfy. Lobby quiet and comfy but small. Breakfast so so, some food cold. Not worth price we paid.

We arrived on Saturday may 11th, we couldn’t find the room, we got in at 11:00pm, my mother in law, paid with points, when we arrived she has a Carly that is esa,they told her if you don’t have proof, that she had to pay 40.00 plus tax, not very friendly, well we got into our room, woke up the next morning with itchy red spots on my feet and legs, flea bites, I’m having surgery on Monday, hope this doesn’t postpone it, I will send pictures. The manager guy literally tried to bust open the hotel room door knowing we had 3 adults a 3 year old and a baby in the room if it wasn’t for the latch he woulda made it all the way inside he unlocked the door with his own key and everything scariest thing of my life

Place has so much potential and could be considered great if they get to work on things. The drains still do not drain. I ended my shower standing in 6" of water and it took an hour for it to drain (different room too). My father-in-law was in the next room and he had no refrigerator even though he paid full price for the room that advertises that it has one. Our heat/ac unit ran for hours just to raise the temp 1 degree....definitely in need of cleaning/service Overall, this place isn't terrible, just needs a lot of differed TLC

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Check in and walked to our room. While walking to the room the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. Checked the bed as I always do for bed bugs. Upon checking the bed started noticing stains on the curtains. Stain on the bed sheet. Bathtub had a hole in it that was covered up by tape. Dog food was on the floor and dust all over the place. Not even 10 minutes after being in the room I approached the woman at the front desk and asked to be moved. She came back to our room to inquire on the complaints we had saw. After seeing the bed was undone she told us we could not be moved because house keeping would have to come back. House keeping needed to come back regardless the room was absolutely gross. She did state that there was a no smoking policy. When asked why the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes including our room she didn’t seem to have an answer. After seeing the mold in the bath tub and on the curtains I requested my money back as I could not stay. I am asthmatic and mentioned this numerous times. After many back and fourths she finally got “approval” from her manager that we could be moved. My fiancé had checked out 3 other rooms which were also dirty and had not been sanitized correctly. We had to decide to leave the hotel and pay for another hotel elsewhere. The whole time manager would talk to the front desk employee but refused to face his customer. They are denying me my money back regardless of the fact I was there for 1 hour. 10 minutes in the room and the other time on the phone trying to contact corporate and anyone else I could. No customer deserves to be treated how I was. And nobody deserves to sleep in such a disgusting and unhealthy environment. If I would have stayed I would have ended up in the hospital between the smell of cigarettes and the amount of mold. Please spend your money on a hotel who cares about their customers and takes the time to properly sanitize there rooms how use paying customers deserve.

I felt this place was definitely underrated. The lobby and breakfast areas are clean and presentable. The hallway was clean, but the carpets were stained (I blame sloppy people more than management for this). The room was as expected....clean, furnished well, stocked. The TV did not work but the counter gal came up fairly quickly and got us going again. The pool and whirlpool are clean and met all expectations. My only drawback was the paint/finish in the bathroom was refined quickly and it shows. The shower drain took about 5 minutes to drain after completion. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Thanks
