Apartments Dubrovnik Lapad

We had a great stay at Lapad Apartments. Location was brilliant with close access to restaurants, bars,beaches and lovely walking trails. Access to the apartments was a stairway to the top floor but the apartments were as described and had all the great amenities listed. Balcony views were spectacular and the beds were very comfy. The hosts welcome info was clear and communication was helpful plus allowed us a bit more time in one apartment (we had 2) as we had a late flight. I’d definitely recommend the apartments for value.

We enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The apartment was easy to find for us as our taxi driver stopped right outside. There are lots of steps right up to the door - take them as a warm up for the Old City Wall walk. Great location with nearby restaurants, beaches, bus stops and groceries. We did a circular walk around the Promenade along the coastline.

Apartments are situated in a fantastic location, close to the popular Uvala Lapad promenade with many cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is right below the house, and the city center can be reached in just 10 minutes. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartments are very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the beds are especially comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and full of information for everything we asked. They also allowed us a late check-out, which was extremely helpful due to our late flight. Dubrovnik is beautiful and we will be back.

These apartments are scruffy ,we were there a bit worn down broken, missing woodwork paint work needed done , bathroom not well planned out,we were there for two weeks only got a couple of clean towels after a week but no tea towel or any sign of any clean sheets a few of the write up said that you just had to ask for anything and they would happy to help but that means calling or emailing as we never seen anyone besides why should you have to ask for the basics I know they have a washing machine which I did use but these apartments are nothing to write home about the last couple of days before we came home we also had these little black beasts appearing ever where around the sink and bench area and could not figure out where they were coming from the apartments aren't sign posts so we had trouble finding them there is no out light for the steps os. for the steps inside to the apartment there' a bit of a hike also could have done with a clean the only things that these apartments have going for them is a nice view and close to some nice eating and drinking places you Mia Mia's was a really nice eating place with lovely staff but like most eating places round there the drink can be expensive cafe bell is one of the cheapest places to drink in that we found it also has a lovely baker beside it and they don't mind you eating your goodies that you bought whilst you having your drink but please avoid these apartments as there not got a lot going for them apart from the view and, close to some nice eating places and public transport

This apartment is very average. There are pro's and cons but I wouldn't stay there again. Firstly, there is nothing on arrival that says Lapad Dubrovnik Apartments. It is an ordinary street building where the top floor of 3 apartments is rented out. It is on a very noisy busy part of the road up steep steps to the front door and then two flights inside. There is no reception, just a tiny sign saying 'apartman', which all apartments in Dubrovnik have. Pro's 10 min walk to Sunset/Lapad beach 10 min walk to harbour 3 minute walk to bus stop with regular buses to old town 5 min walk to restaurant Views of hills and harbour Comfy beds Everything in the apartment worked. Instructions once inside apartment useful including contact with friendly and efficient owner WiFi good Cons Lack of signage in locating property Lots of steps to apartment Noisy part of road No aircon in bedroom Had to sweep floor on arrival Mold in shower Bathroom in need of update No curtain (just a voile) over door to balcony so anyone sleeping in living room had light coming in 3 mugs (one chipped) for an apartment for 4

Excellent location, close to restaurants and beaches with amazing walking areas by the sea. Apartment had everything you might need, clean and comfortable. Went there with two friends, would go again. Excellent trip, city and accomodation.
