Great location. Fantastic room, but everyone of the staff members always made my day during my 10-day business trip. Store has limited options, but all of my favorites. Particularly the ice cream selection. Looking forward to next year. Yes

Non- smoking room with strong cigarette smoke smell from surrounding rooms. Sink won't drain. Shower and tub were nasty. Bedside light doesn'twork. Very small bedroom with massive TV. They charge for parking in a non-urban area. Breakfast very sub-par. Other than that, it was great (/s).

I came to America over 4 years , I have traveled to many places in the United States, and stayed in different hotels! but this is my first time staying at the Hilton Dublin in Ohio, I received a very comfortable compact room, in a room with full equipment for a small kitchen for self-catering, a very clean bathroom. will be fully equipped. In the morning, the breakfast room is very warm, the food is OK, the staff is very dedicated and friendly. ... Outside the hotel is very quiet , not far from the center and market , I really like and appreciate this hotel

Hotel entrance smelled of smoke. The room I stayed smelled musty. The elevator is hidden in some corner. Coming out of my room twice, I had to use the stairwell because I couldn’t find the elevator. I finally learned how to figure it out.

When I arrived at Homewood Suites the digital key wasn’t working. There wasn't any parking in the front, so I parked in the back by the basketball court. There wasn't any access to the inside without a key. I went to the front desk and the reception was nice & friendly. She said oh I have a gift bag took the post it off, looked confused and said no I don't have one. I'm fine, I just want to get to my room to eat my sandwich. I had skipped breakfast and lunch trying to head back home to Tenn. By this time, I had been in the lobby 25 min. My room was not available, my food cold, and while I was tired, I hadn't reached a grumpy stage yet. When going to push the button on the elevator there was a note "Press Up for both Down and Up" Okay the down button is broken. walking on the elevator sticker residue, and more buttons broken. I get to my floor and bam the smell of ****, garlic, and curry. Go to room 314. The first thing I do is check for bugs, and cleanliness. Both beds are stained with a yellowish gold outline and the room stinks. I was too hungry to think about this, and didn't see any evidence of bugs, so I cleaned the dining table, opened my bag that had my soup and sandwich. The phone rings, after only taking one bite. The nice inexperienced front desk person asked me how the room was. I told her of the smells, stains, and the nasty floors. She offered to move me, and I agreed to finish my meal. She agreed. I ate 4 bites of my sandwich, and the phone rang, and a voice says, "are you ready to move?" I sighed and said "I'll wrap up my food and take it what is the new room number? 214 Well the grass isn't always greener they say. This room had no mattress protector on one of the beds with the golden outline from where my head would be to my waste. That's disgusting. The living room had a large red stain on the carpet, the other bedroom had Full mattress pad on a queen bed, this protector wasn't waterproof, made of poly, and cotton, and didn't cover 6" around the mattress. The grout was blackened. I wanted to scrub it, but I resisted. I disinfected the kitchen table, opened my sandwich, put my soup in the micro, and finally went to finish my sandwich. As my teeth contact the bread RING RING. “How’s your room” the young lady asked. I told her everything, and she said "the stains are on the mattress? Me "Yes, and no waterproof or any mattress protector" She said "oh I can give you a protector." Me: "No need I just need a chair to go to sleep or my truck to sleep in" I finished my sandwich, heated my soup again and ate that. I ended up going to my truck for supplies. I grabbed a box of trash bags placed over the bedding and layered towels over the bags. Now I felt as if I would find stains on all the mattresses with the reaction I received from the front desk. There was no use in going to another room if she checked the 2nd herself to make sure it was satisfactory. I tried to explain to her that a cotton protector that isn’t waterproof would not pr

I’ve been staying here for over a year and wanted to make a quick review. The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sam and Melissa who work the late nights are always welcoming when I roll in at late hours. Teo who works breakfast is always cheerful and smiling and Amy who’s been there the longest is great about making sure the invoices are correct. The interim manager Sabin is doing a great job fixing some of the issues and they finally have decent snacks in stock. Also wanted to give them a shout out for being pet friendly…. My dog loves this place.

This hotel was certainly not up to standard. The rooms and common areas were dirty and this was shared with front desk staff who did not seem to care. No recognition of HHONORS members. Breakfast was ok, but had better. Fitness room ok, but very small.

Enjoyed the space of the room and the quietness and the view of beautiful trees.breakfast was ample and the person working the breakfast area was so attentive she brought fresh coffee out and was so friendly

Sabine was excellent in accommodating me with a room since I had made a reservation for the incorrect day. Room was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was safe with several dining options. Breakfast was varied and well presented.
