I was traveling with my parents and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, rooms are up to date and absolutely d didn’t meet my expectations. spots on the shower’s door, spots on the wall in the bathroom, cracked mirrors and very cheap uncomfortable pillows. Dust was everywhere as well. Lots of people out there useless. I explained my complains daily and they moved me from ano room to even bigger room with more dust and spots. A/C was off everywhere in every room and I called maintenance service when checked in, when moved to another room etc. the can’t handle a comfortable room temperature before first arrival, what service we can talk about here? Good was absolutely fail. Will all inclusive option it was basically rice and lamb, other stuff was super smelly and undress (sushi, fish, seafood, beautiful but extremely untasted desserts). Every single step in this hotel was the proof of the luck of customer and professional service. Once I bring all my concerns to the table, I get only sorties and promises to be better for the next time lol. No refunds, no complimentary service, nothing to make me feel better before I leave. Just a promise that they’d do better in future. I’d never be back to this hotel, and won’t recommend it to anyone. Poor choices, not sure even about 2.5 stars even. Big fat failure. Was here for a few days and totally regretted them.
