Review Title: Deeply Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Executive Suite Price
I stayed at La Zona Continental Hotel with my family from March 31 to April 1, 2025, during the blessed occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, expecting a luxurious and memorable experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was the complete opposite.
Despite booking an Executive Suite, we were treated with disrespect and neglect from the moment we arrived:
The reception staff were unprofessional and dismissive, showing no courtesy or hospitality toward us as guests.
Our check-in was significantly delayed, with no effort from hotel management to address the issue or apologize.
The suite itself was in unacceptable condition:
Poor cleanliness throughout the room
Water leakage in both bathrooms
A broken refrigerator that was not functioning at all
Even after reporting these issues, there was no meaningful response or apology from the hotel management. This was supposed to be a joyful family occasion, and instead it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience.
As a frequent traveler and a Gold Member with Trip.com, I expected a much higher level of service. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Sadly, I regret choosing this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it, especially if you're looking for comfort, respect, and a quality experience.
Very disappointing overall.
