Best Western Bolingbrook Hotel

The accommodation was pleasant and tidy during our six nights there. I would suggest the hotel, albeit there are pros and cons: Pros: spotless, pleasant atmosphere, friendly client service, wifi and coffee 24/7 Cons: They don't refill anything during breakfast, which is from 6:30am to 9:30am, if your early only then you might have more options. Once when I inquired about room service, the elderly receptionist was rude to me telling me that it cleans every other day even though it wasn't stated anywhere. She told me that I can take trash bags and leave the trash outside the room, which was fine but she could have been polite. Other thing is that you have to ask for and go to the desk to receive fresh coffee sachets and cups because room service doesn't provide them. My point of view is that staying in a hotel is pointless if I have to do everything myself.

My one night stay at Ramada was great. Clean rooms really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I can really appreciate that... I must say that I would definitely stop back in Bolingbrook and choose the Ramada

The ramada by far is the place to stay they are swift dilgent and reasonable always is a pleasure !!

Selected a room at Wyndham online and used my Wyndham points for 1 King bed with walk in shower and hot breakfast. All of the other options offered continental breakfast. I arrived at 4:20 PM and checked in. The first 10 minutes were spent trying to locate my room. My reservation showed, but not my room. The receptionist went and got the manager/owner who told me to have a seat because it would be awhile. I could hear him talking behind the glass stating that he had already gave that room to someone else. He then stayed out of frustration that I was just using points. 10 more minutes went by and he gave me a room. No walk in shower and there was no hot breakfast. The room was clean and no evidence of bedbugs. The bathroom fixtures were old and worn as evidenced in the pictures.

Terrible service terrible check in head my warning do not stay here nothing good about this property Will never stay at a property like this again. Completely turned off by Wyndham and they did nothing to rectify the situation.

Of the four days that I was in the place, the last three were horrible since there were other guests next door, I think from India and they behaved very badly and I couldn't be quiet in the room, let alone sleep at night.
