Awful!! Hard, old beds, Wi-Fi wasn’t explained at all (rude clerk), old bird poop in doorway, toilet didn’t work, no hot water (at night), very rude night clerk. Stayed August 28th after driving 10 hours. No choice but to stay because it was so late. Night clerk was extraordinarily rude and no help at all. Room was disgusting and not worth $170 (with tax) for a night. Would leave zero stars if possible. Day clerk was very nice at check out but couldn’t do anything.

You get what you pay for. It's a modestly priced motel that accepts pets. The linens were clean, which is great. The room is outdated, but it's also under 150/night, so can't complain. Staff are friendly and helpful. I brought a magic eraser to clean the tub and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was! The floor is filthy, and the fridge/freezer needs to be cleaned. Tv options had netflix and roku, so better than cable channels! Doesn't seem to be the nicest area, but it's right off the highway, very convenient. Anyone who wants an updated hotel can always book somewhere else.

Old, outdated, pictures VERY misleading. Perhaps the photos were from the hotel-motel when it was just built. #1 hotel of 1 in Drummondville…..well that’s interesting. Check in took forever! So many instructions in case the card didn’t work! The comforters had rips in them, tub had mold, taps dripped, the room was dark and dingy and lights didn’t turn on consistently! Don’t go near an outlet as they looked like something bad could happen- loose, falling apart and generally unsafe. The place was dusty . I felt I needed a shower elsewhere after checking out. Go somewhere else!

A modest hotel on "wrong" side of the highway from the main part of town. There were minor inconveniences--the sink tap splashed water, and the bedside lights did not work which combined with a generally dark room made reading in bed impossible. But the room was clean and generally comfortable.

Use the side door, not the front door. It took us 1/2 a hour to check in ?? Don’t know what took so long? The outside of the building is very nice, the rooms look like they haven’t been updated in a very long time. The furniture is old, the desk chair looks like someone leaked some bodily fluids on it. The washroom is very small and out of date. The bed was ok but not great. There is a green space that is fenced in behind the building for dogs if they need a place to go. Breakfast was toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt and stale cereal. Friendly checkout. If you are passing through and just wanted a pretty cheep, dog friendly place and aren’t fussy about the look of the rooms this is the place for you. I wouldn’t go back.

We had a funeral in Drummondville and booked this hotel for two nights. It looked fine as we walked in but it was anything but that! Although the beds were comfortable, it was the only good thing about this place. The place was filthy dirty, and to say the furniture was run down would be a total understatement. It was downright worn out. They boast a fridge in the room… the door’s shelves were unusable and the ice was built up so thick it actually froze the water bottles and the frozen fruit and veggies all had to be thrown out. The bathroom was filthy. The plumbing was rusty. There was mildew on the grout, around the tub and behind the toilet, absolute filth behind the door. Window curtains hanging off the track and the security latch on the door was broken. (Enclosing some photos). In all my years of travel I have never experienced such a place. We were in room 111 My cousins had also booked and happened to have the room next to ours. It was just as bad.

I was quite surprised by how rundown this hotel was. The outside had trash bags lying around, there was poor lighting in the parking lot that made stepping in the potholes a hazard, and although there were 'no smoking' signs around it seems nearly every second room had a smoker in it. The first room I was given smelled of stale smoke and the TV and air conditioning both didn't work. Instead of the customary hotel phone where simply pressing zero gets you reception, the phone was a cordless home phone and there was no information to tell you what number to dial to reach reception so I had to walk back down to ask for assistance. The clerk did everything she could to make me just go away, including suggesting that I just leave the windows open (not exactly keeping the room secure!). She told me I wasn't working the remotes properly, although they were pretty plain remotes (power on, make your choices) so to please her I had to go back up and try again on my own, but still no success. Back down to insist that the a/c and TV should work for what the room was costing. She didn't want to walk up to the room to figure out the issue so she gave me a key card to another room instead (this was after she told me there were no other rooms available). Same thing in the second room, but one of these remotes had scotch tape on the back to hold the batteries in. And I was surprised that the TV setup was different from the previous room (3 remotes for this combo). I went back down for a third time and gently insisted that she come up and get things working. She was clearly irritated but she finally went up to the room with me. It turned out both remotes had dead batteries in them. Instead of apologizing and putting in fresh new batteries, she seemed even more irritated and rummaged around in the reception area until she found a few used batteries to replace the dead ones (my 4th trip down to the office). At last the a/c and TV worked, and the second room didn't have the stale cigarette smell of the first. I would not stay at this hotel again and it is certainly not worth the price or the 3.5 stars review (who's giving all the good reviews for this motel?). The customer service is bad, the freezer in the mini fridge was so full of frost I couldn't fit in a small ice pack from my cooler without chipping and scraping some of the ice out, and the rooms are rundown and dingy. I'm giving 2 stars because the bedding seemed clean and the bathroom seemed clean.
