La habitación era con una cama doble, aunque mi reserva era dos camas solas. La dama en el escritorio delantero era impopular. Dijeron que no teníamos sólo una habitación. Que una era para personas con discapacidad el baño era demasiado alto y no había baño. Mi reserva estaba con vistas a la calle y puede ver en la foto la vista que hemos recibido.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel , sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit , die Rezeption ist zu jeder Zeit besetzt. Das Frühstück, war sehr , sehr gut , auch hier sehr umsichtiges Personal, freundlich , umsichtig. Die Lage ist perfekt, wunderschön für lange Spaziergänge der Elbe entlang . Das Zentrum und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß, gut zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers , war sehr gut . Wir Danken, für einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub, den wir Dank Ihrer geliehenen Fahrräder noch perfekter machen konnten . Wir kommen gern wieder :)

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Otelin konumu altstada çok yakın, ister 10 dakika yürüyerek, ister önünden geçen tramvayla 5 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Odalar tertemiz, ayrıca giriş katındaki bira barı çok keyifli.

La variedad del desayuno es absolutamente genial. Cuando salgas, verás la famosa catedral. Puedes correr a lo largo del río por la mañana. También es muy conveniente caminar hasta la calle peatonal y caminar hasta la estación de tren durante quince minutos.

Allgemein sehe ich eine Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch/Preis und Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel wurde nett renoviert, Zimmer sind aber sehr klein. Das innere ist sehr ruhig, aber es fehlt etwas an Ambiente (Hintergrundmusik? …). Service nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau (bsp wurde uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck angeboten, auch nicht, als ein Mitarbeiter zufällig in den selben Fahrstuhl stieg). Lage ist top. Preis aber zu hoch.
