it’s 3 times i came to Hengdian but this hotel is the one i want to comeback and stay next time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also they gave us xmas gift.

The location of this hotel are very good. Opposite the hotel have supermarket and food street (night market)
Free laundry + dryer at the lobby in a dedicated laundry room. Do not need to bring own detergent.
To the right of hotel is the pedestrian street. All attractions are quite near this hotel.

ฉันมีความสุขมากกับการมาเหิงเตี้ยน และได้มาพักที่นี่ พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมาก อัธยาศัยดี ห้องพักก็สะอาด นอนหลับสบาย การเดินทางก็สะดวก ฝั่งตรงข้ามมีซุปเปอร์มาเก็ต และตลาดกลางคืน (มีอาหารอร่อยมากมาย) เดินทางไปโรงถ่ายก็สะดวก นั่ง taxi ประมาณ 10 นาที และที่สำคัญคือ อาหารเช้าโรงแรมมีหลากหลายกว่าที่คิดไว้ และรสชาติดีมากกก

對前台的服務非常非常非常不滿意😒，訂了一家三口兩間房，在平台上填了房間1是誰，房間2是誰和誰，進門我和我爸站前台前辦理，我媽先是也在我們旁邊站了會，後面坐大廳沙發上，這前台問了我名字，不會查訂單嗎？兩間房看不看得見？我們自己身份證放在自動辦理機器上刷了一下，都直接顯示兩間房號了？這麼大一個人站在前台是幹嘛的？那台電腦放在那又是用來幹嘛的？問我和我爸你們是兩個人嗎？你們兩個人是住一間嗎？？？我真的滿頭問號？？首先，就算以為我們是兩個人，沒看到第三個人，兩間房看不見？訂單不會看？上班不知道流程？
我們説三個人？她説：啊？三個人？在哪裡？你們三個人？？我不懂大廳裏也沒別人，怎麼看不見人的，怎麼不會去看電腦訂單的，那我攜程預訂的人意義是什麼？那我預訂的時候三個人姓名身份證都填的意義是什麼？？
然後操作入住機器的時候，問我們吃不吃早餐，我問你們餐廳在哪，我們都是金會員，她説：啊？三個人都是？你們三個人都是金會員？不是…隔着啊啊啊啊啥呢……所以正常情況不是説：好的稍等我幫您在系統裏查一下……
後來跟我們説，有一間房是1.8大床是內窗，一間1.5米床是外窗正在打掃，問我選哪個，選外窗那個就要等一會兒，我説外窗，結果我等了以後，拿到的房間是1.5內窗，就是窗外是天井，天井裡有任何人説話在那個房間都很大，就好像在我的廁所裏説話，一打開窗，還能和天井裡坐着的人四目相對，嗯😐
走廊窄，有異味不通風，拿香薰蓋，聞着很彆扭，而且這裏比較新通風差説不定甲醛也超標，房間也小。早餐選擇也比較少，不如出去自己吃。
我是橫店影視城的年卡，來橫店玩過四次了，之前在廣州街影視主題酒店、漢庭3.5文南綜合樓店和夢幻谷如家都住過兩到三天，服務都很好，尤其廣州街的酒店我真的推薦👍👍👍，另外兩家也不錯，夢幻谷如家略舊，但交通更方便點，漢庭3.5比較新，這兩家都是大窗！！通風、隔音也好！！同一個價位真的別選這個你好👋狠狠避雷了。
這個你好也就是位置在夜市對面方便點，我上次7月在橫店的時候也住過一晚，當時前台還正常，還幫我微波爐熱東西了，這次不知道招的什麼人吶，感覺沒有培訓過，從村口直接拉過來第一天上班的，態度和能力都有問題，啥也不明白在那啊？啊？啊？我是來辦入住，不是來求人辦事的哈
