老闆娘熱情，房間浪漫温馨，關鍵是離金灘非常近，走路幾分鐘就到沙灘了，離海鮮市場也非常近，買海鮮非常方便。

環境還是比較衞生，有電梯，也比較新，但是老闆一個人是真的忙不過來，服務是真跟不上了，住了三天是一天沒有打掃過衞生，一直也沒有放飲用水，平時沒有漲價是一個不錯的選擇，漲價期間就感覺性價比不高了！

房間環境特別好，舒適乾淨，特別是有個大陽台可以曬衣服，去海玩了回來沖個熱水澡把衣服掛出去第二天就幹了。看着公寓小，還配備了電梯特別方便。去海邊就幾百米一個直線就到非常方便

離海邊很近，走路6分鐘內，也很安靜，🈶️個小陽台曬衣服，很方便，房間裝修也很新，老闆也很好，幫了很多忙，非常感謝，海岸邊的酒店，特別是集裝箱類型的酒店不推薦，晚上太吵了！這種民宿也很不錯的

老闆自家的房子建的，裝修得蠻好的，可能是老闆自己做吧，服務態度挺隨意的，一般都找不到人，需要入住退房自行打電話，電梯衹到七樓，七樓以上走樓梯，不過看樣子應該是七樓以上應該是老闆自住，可能我們去的時候是旺季老闆弄了一個十樓的房間（頂樓），看得出平常是自住的，旺季收拾來租，但是好在乾淨，頂樓也有個平台可以觀景，不計較了！位置在一片自住房的衚衕裏，離海邊有點距離。
建議大家到金灘遊玩還是找金灘海岸線旁的民宿或客棧吧，第一天我們就是住的海邊客棧體驗感非常好（第二天海岸線沒房了才定上面這家，稍有不便），海岸線旁的酒店走出門就是海，游泳、吃飯、海邊燒烤都非常方便！完美！
