Ở nơi đây cách cửa khẩu 3km nên cảm giác có chút xa nhưng lại gần những chỗ ăn uống như Malatang và Luckin Coffee. Phòng tuy có chút cũ kỹ nhưng nếu có vấn đề nói sẽ được đổi phòng! Nhưng thật sự thái độ phục vụ của họ quá tuyệt vời. Không có gì để chê. Là những con người ấm áp, nhiệt tình, nhất là bà làm mình cảm giác như bà ngoại vậy TT Đừng vội đánh giá nơi đây vì tiện ích, hãy tiếp xúc vời lễ tân và ông chủ để cảm nhận được sự ấm áp

居民樓裏面的小賓館，雖然老舊，房間設施也還算齊全，24小時熱水與獨立衞生間，賓館後門還有自帶車位，青旅的房價甚是感人，適合自駕的驢友歇腳。
另外，老闆人挺有趣，北方人，四十來歲，精明能幹，也很健談，能儘量照顧到住店客人的所有需求。據説老闆也是個旅居客，大半生走南闖北，在此落腳開店有三四年，言談間能感受到他閲歷的豐富和從容，倒也有種大隱於市的感覺。前半生追山河，後半生守屋檐，説的就是這種吧。

酒店性價比極高，簡約而不簡單，安全舒適，衞生乾淨空氣新鮮，性價比很高。**老闆人特別好（聽説好像是名校畢業的自主創業），服務熱情，有求必應。停車超方便，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，尤其是東興美食好評榜第一的高佬海鮮粥步行幾分鐘就可以到達，他家的海鮮粥，醬油雞，橄欖沙丁魚必點，下次來東興還住這家。
