Ms Carina Gu Yang was more helpful and was knowledgeable in English. Really Caring person whenever we met in the lobby. Was receiving and helped us to be comfortable in the hotel and stay. Thanks for her hospitality. Hotel is also very nice and really good property to stay and come back again.

My 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.

酒店在森林公園裡邊，前台提前打電話告知了我們停車場定位，然後我們坐接駁車進公園的，一路開過來的景色就非常好看，進入公園內感覺更好看了，而且這邊空氣非常好，就是呼吸間那種身心舒暢的感覺。酒店大堂和入住的地方還是分開的，一進來辦理入住，前台小姐姐就給我們倒了兩杯茶，感覺非常細心周到，辦完入住手續後還幫我們把行李搬到房間，給我們介紹酒店設施和公園內的一些遊玩點，服務非常好。而且前台的露天陽台也非常好看，説是夏天就會開滿荷花。 我們入住的大床房，有一個大的落地窗，窗外就是青杉樹，怪不得房型名稱叫青杉呢，説是酒店面積最小的房型，但是感覺房間面積很大，房間的香薰我們也非常喜歡，客房服務也很快，打電話給前台説了，客房阿姨很快就把東西送給我們了。我們一覺睡到自然醒，吃了點魚湯麪，服務員説魚湯麪是東台特色，果真很好吃，雖然天氣不太好，但是雨中在森林裏漫步也非常有感覺，下午在酒店做了扭扭棒的小手工，退房走的時候酒店還給我們送了一份伴手禮，感覺酒店真的很用心，入住花間亭是臨時的決定，但是對我來説，絕對是會反覆入住的世外桃源!

非常滿意！由於應酬，喝醉酒，把衣服弄臟了，叫了洗衣服務，服務員免費幫忙清洗，烘乾，熨燙後送回，體會到了家鄉酒店少有的服務意識，説明酒店管理團隊平時注重培訓員工的主動服務意識，點贊！在搬運行李時，打掃衞生的阿姨也隨時伸出援手幫忙。在手機找不到時，管理人員一起幫忙尋找手機併成功找到，無不體現出對客人的關懷和尊重，我們越來越喜歡住這家酒店了！！！

El día siguiente, llegué a la ciudad de Myoi y él, lo elegí porque es el segundo lujo, pero llegó un poco decepcionado. La piscina está en mantenimiento. El hotel no está preparado para la medicina. El hotel está a 20 kilómetros de distancia. El hotel tiene que pagar un 15% de la tarifa de servicio para entrar en la habitación. (Porque el menú de la habitación no identifica) la actitud del camarero está bien. Está en el bosque de Tudomu y salva mi desilusión con el hotel.

酒店外部高端大氣，停車方便，後面還有花園；內部衞生環境很好，客房乾淨，早餐品種豐富，有魚湯麪還有魚湯餛飩；服務人員熱情大方，彬彬有禮。下面到東台還會住東台迎賓館。
