"This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations! Spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms, cozy beds, beautiful interior, and well-thought-out lighting create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. The area is well-kept, and the location is convenient for walks and relaxation. Only positive impressions! I highly recommend it to everyone who values comfort and quality service. Ресторан при отеле отличный,как и его персонал! Завтрак достойный,как и в целом сама кухня! Очень вкусно и не дорого! Отношение на рецепшене администратора отвратительное! Ничего не могут решить, с какой бы просьбой не подошли! Номера ужасные,шторы,покрывала заляпанные,очень холодно,телевизор малюсенький очень! За три дня проживания никто не убирался! Полотенца в отвратительном состояние,плитка в ванной ужасно ледяная,постелили полотенце потому что не возможно стоять на плитке! Как будто на улице умываешься! По концу выезда нам сказали ,что два полотенца и две наволочки не пригодны к стирке и попросили оплатить стоимость как новых с этикеткой! 4600!!! В общем не советую никому так как отдых впринципе не получился! Одни головные боли! Про ресторан повторюсь очень вкусно и достойно! Номера повышенной комфортности чтоб вы понимали даже чайника нет в номере! Прошу хозяина данного отеля принять меры,чтоб отдыхающие которые платят деньги были довольны! Все таки качество должно быть! Каждая работа оплачивается 100%,но тут качество работы выполнено 40% не больше

После того как заехали подняли стоимость завтрака на 100руб, но выбор всего из 4х сегментов, без напитков, за которые вы платите дополнительно, приносят его не даже тёплым. Через две недели подняли стоимость проживания на 500р, но при этом ни уборкой, ни работающим холодильником, который стоит в номере (разве как тумбочка) не обеспечили, вода по расписанию, один раз через 2е суток в связи перебоями, хотя в других гостиницах есть завоз воды от МЧС. Но при этом стараются объяснить тебе, что ты не прав!
