Hotel Akshaya

I am not happy with room provided as i mentioned 2 adults with 2 child age as well but need to take extra mattress for additional price completely disappointed. Facilities mentioned like dental kit not provided and room is small and few cockroaches we found.

I was allowed to check in two hrs earlier as mentioned in the rules. Staff was cooperative. Room was specious and clean so also toilet. Complimentry breakfast was not served. Teamaker was not provided. Bedsheet was stained. Being a single lady on official tour, I was stunned to find that unmarried couples are provided rooms on hourly basis.

This one point is for the staff who atleast tried to improve things upon request. We booked a night due to the close proximity to railway station and good reviews and eneded up having the worst stay of the trip. We paid 1700 inclusive breakfast. Located on the main road. No view from the window. The issues - - The hotel has a check out time of 7am! - The sheets and pillow covers were dirty - the room and bathroom was worn out with stained, cracking walls, tin plated door, dirty mirror - Room was small - TV was not working properly in our room - the bathroom had cockroaches in the night - there were so many mosquitoes that we couldn't sleep through he night -No working restaurant during our stay as was displayed on goibibo - breakfast was option of 4 items packed from outside - Tea coffee not available after even 7pm - no complimentary water even! There were so many issues that we gave up even complaining after getting the sheets and pillow covers changed. They gave us a late check-out (9am) and breakfast thankfully tasted good so thanks to them for that but seriously this property is just unlivable currently.
